[F1 SP] "Just sitting."

Ralacrest sat on the roof of a building in The Town of Beginnings in the early parts of the night. Her long, brown hair waving in the wind as she stared out at the roof tops of the other buildings. Her right hand held a dark brown, leather book while her left held a pen. "If this wasn't a death trap of a game, I'd actually call it pretty beautiful," she thought to herself as she stared out. Her eyes slowly drifted to the book in her right hand, slowly bringing it up as she stared at the blank cover. The book was a diary she had started at almost the beginning of the game, not long after every player was told that they were trapped in the game. She shivered a little as a cold chill went down her spine from remembering that day, she remembered the overwhelming fear she had felt that day.

Slowly opening the diary she began to read it, recalling when she wrote it. It said: "I don't understand what's going on. How could we be trapped in game? How is that possible? And how am I now my real body? This all just feels wrong. Hopefully its just a dream and someone will wake me up soon. But. If what he said was true, then my parents will probably try to unplug my nerve gear, and that would kill me. Oh gosh I hope that doesn't happen."

Ralacrest kept reading through her diary, the next entry not long after the first: "I can't believe how long its been, I thought I'd surely wake up by now if it were a dream, but I guess not. I'm scared. I've heard of people dying already. Like seriously? It hasn't barely been...well actually I don't know how long its been. I guess I've been a little too distracted to pay attention to the time, but back on subject. People are dying from freaking boars. I don't even know why there are boars in this game, especially ones that can kill someone. I mean, I guess all boars can kill, but since there's so many of them I didn't think they'd be that lethal, at least alone that is. I'm just going to stay inside The Town of Beginnings for a while, I'm not ready to go out."

She snorted as she thought to herself, "Yeah..a little while then, but now I'm hiding here, probably forever. I really need to stop being a coward and get out in the world, but I seriously either need help or better gear, I wonder how I could pull that off." She looked out again as her mind drifted out into the possibility of getting gear and how should would fight, and the process of affording such gear.

After a couple of minutes of thinking Ralacrest shook her head, looking back down at her diary as she moves on to the next part which read: "I found a young child today which was lost, but it didn't take me long to find his parents but I was just terrified to actually see him. Why would you bring your child into a game like this?! I mean I know no one knew it was going to be a flipping death trap, but holly crap! This game is littered in stuff that shouldn't be for kids even if it wasn't a death trap! I should probably calm down about it, its not my choice, I'm not the kid's parent. I guess I'm a little old school, or at least that's how I was brought up." She let out a little giggle from what she wrote, thinking to herself, "Yeah, that's definitely me, and old school girl." She then skimmed over the next part, a lump catching in her throat as her eyes filled with tears from what the next subject was about.
