Virtues:

Commitment - Zetsu always honors a job no matter how difficult or easy it maybe. He feels he has a responsibility to uphold the job and will not question it. Wither it's to clear a dungeon to get a certain item with a team or solo it doesn't matter to him so long as he gets paid.  

Passionate - One of the few things Zetsu has a care for is medicine. He always felt a sense of righteousness when making medicine or healing his members during a battle. It's one of the few times he appears human and not acting like a cold bastard.

Peace - He always felt a sense of calm when he is in a bar enjoying a drink by himself. He reflects on what he has done in SAO and he wonders if he has made a difference in this world. He tends to think about memories before being in SAO and one might be able to catch a glimpse of him smiling which is a rare sight.

Flaws:

Selfish - He is willing to help others no matter how big or small the job is but it's all a price to him. He isn't greedy in the sense that he will ask for more money a job is a job and he will accept whatever payment he can get. Even if he goes out of his way to help you out lets say he saves you monsters or helps you out during a quest he expects some kind of reward wither it's an item or money as he believes in life that nothing is free and that everything gets a return.

Sadomasochist - Zetsu enjoys receiving pain and dishing it out. For him it's a high like no other compared to the drugs he did in the real world. Sometimes he can be seen as a wild jackal so to speak while hurting other people or getting hurt it makes him reckless in a fight like a rabid dog out on the hunt he enjoys it when someone puts up a fight as he refers to them as prey. 

Rebellious - Zetsu has a deep hatred for authority or better yet people or guilds who believe they are above others. He can not stand it when he sees a person treat others as if they are "poor" or a "commoner" and he tends to run his mouth at the person or guild which can put a target on his back. At heart he is an Anarchist and believes these guilds are just part of the system like strings on a puppet.
