[SP-F1] Secret Medicine of the Forest "Getting Stronger"

Maybe her luck was changing. Opportunity had a mysterious way of revealing itself. In this case, the cobra faltered in its next lunge. Whether it was miscalculation or dumb luck, the strike fell just short of the battered woman. Leaving it exposed to her blade as she lunged forward and delivered two quick successive blows to its form. The familiar etching of a "v" pulsated where she withdrew her blade. A small reminder that she had in fact hit the creature for once. Hissing, the cobra slithered backwards. This opened Galilea up to more room to maneuver around the snake. At this point she only had one goal. Kill the snake and invest in better gear. No longer can she let her accuracy suffer like this. Especially when there are far stronger monsters out there. Her resolve was set. All that stood before her and that goal, was the snake.
