Wow. So comfy...!

An was almost afraid to speak out loud amid the shop's quiet atmosphere, but it was only her and the (pretty) short-haired alchemist who had already been alerted to her entry. "H-Hello," she said nervously, her voice quieter than usual. Her eyes wandered over the assortment of crystals and potions lined up safely behind the counter. "Five HP crystals. Just five."

As the transaction went over, she took the chance to look around again. At the bookshelves (locked...?), the sofas in the lounge area, and the natural brightness of the place. She thought back to her favorite 24/7 cafe back in her university where she would spend all-nighters in to cram her assignments. She wasn't sure if this shop was any similar, it was too quiet and... ambiguous. "Do you, uh, let people stay here, too?"

now, whatever was this still doing in his inventory?

demian rolled his eyes. he should've left it for bistro when he'd went to pick up his letter. a check later, to see if her store was at least open for the drop-off, he started on closing up shop temporarily, just so he could mosey down to the town of beginnings for the small errand.

no idea why bistro could never leave her own confines, but he had to.

he placed the halberd down by the counter. bistro was nowhere to be seen. and he could've left it at that, let the alchemist pick it up when she was undisturbed, available.

 

demian decided to ring the bell at the counter anyway, and get out of dodge as soon as possible.

The quaint shop was one of the most interesting she had seen yet, even compared to the Evening Star, just upon inspection from the window. Plants, herbs and a very outdoorsy tone in furniture. She stepped in and nearly fainted from the smell. Her sense was acute and the rush of foreign scents assaulting her nose so aggressively was almost too much. She loved it in here.

Firefly would take her time whilst searching for the product she would need to attract a familiar more easily. She wanted to see everything she could in the store, experience every sight this small little store had to offer. Any other passerby might disregard something so meaningless to anyone but its decorator but she appreciated the thought and passion they had while putting it together.

Once she’d had her fill, she would take the potion to the counter and pass the necessary payment over to them. “I love your shop. Definitely my favorite I’ve been in.”
