Wow. So comfy...!

An was almost afraid to speak out loud amid the shop's quiet atmosphere, but it was only her and the (pretty) short-haired alchemist who had already been alerted to her entry. "H-Hello," she said nervously, her voice quieter than usual. Her eyes wandered over the assortment of crystals and potions lined up safely behind the counter. "Five HP crystals. Just five."

As the transaction went over, she took the chance to look around again. At the bookshelves (locked...?), the sofas in the lounge area, and the natural brightness of the place. She thought back to her favorite 24/7 cafe back in her university where she would spend all-nighters in to cram her assignments. She wasn't sure if this shop was any similar, it was too quiet and... ambiguous. "Do you, uh, let people stay here, too?"

demian rolled his eyes. he should've left it for bistro when he'd went to pick up his letter. a check later, to see if her store was at least open for the drop-off, he started on closing up shop temporarily, just so he could mosey down to the town of beginnings for the small errand.

no idea why bistro could never leave her own confines, but he had to.

he placed the halberd down by the counter. bistro was nowhere to be seen. and he could've left it at that, let the alchemist pick it up when she was undisturbed, available.

 

demian decided to ring the bell at the counter anyway, and get out of dodge as soon as possible.

The quaint shop was one of the most interesting she had seen yet, even compared to the Evening Star, just upon inspection from the window. Plants, herbs and a very outdoorsy tone in furniture. She stepped in and nearly fainted from the smell. Her sense was acute and the rush of foreign scents assaulting her nose so aggressively was almost too much. She loved it in here.

Firefly would take her time whilst searching for the product she would need to attract a familiar more easily. She wanted to see everything she could in the store, experience every sight this small little store had to offer. Any other passerby might disregard something so meaningless to anyone but its decorator but she appreciated the thought and passion they had while putting it together.

Once she’d had her fill, she would take the potion to the counter and pass the necessary payment over to them. “I love your shop. Definitely my favorite I’ve been in.”

[Koga 0]

It was never clear to Koga if the shop owner ever actually recalled him. Cintamani was a main thoroughfare of pretty much every Frontliner, and while they weren't exactly large in number, there were enough of them that Koga wouldn't be surprised if all the faces blurred together. And aside from perhaps the crimson eyes, his was not a particularly noteworthy appearance. Nonetheless, Koga waved at the owner as he entered the store, and greeted her as usual. The name was omitted, of course. He didn't know it having never really thought to ask.

He wasn't hear for himself today though. Well, technically he was but that was neither here nor there. Astralin had sent him a quick message earlier that morning saying she'd be late to the raid, and if he would please oh please pick up a stack of Mass Healing crystals for her.

Well, Koga may not particularly enjoy living, but he didn't enjoy dying either, so of course he said yes.

Quickly, the order was made, the col distributed, and then Koga was on his way to the Front. Thanks mystery shop owner.

"It's so pretty in here," Lessa breathed, gaze sweeping over the entirety of the shop. Though the clock was ticking, and she really shouldn't be wasting any time sight-seeing, the place was too nice to not appreciate. Natural sunlight spilled through the windows, splashing across the cozy furniture and well-worn rug. The urge to simply curl up in one of those armchairs and take a nap consumed her, and if she were a cat, she absolutely would have. Unfortunately, she was not a cat. She was a Frontliner, and she had very little time left to prepare before the big floor boss fight.

If you hadn't procrastinated, you could have enjoyed yourself a bit more, a small voice chided, but the blonde blocked it out with a quick shake of her head. No use in worrying about that now - not when she had so many other things to worry about.

She found what she was looking for, and rather than plucking the balms off the shelf (in a very demure, very mindful fashion), she simply stuck an arm out and swept every single container into the folds of her cloak. "I know I look crazy," she told the shopkeep with a small, apologetic smile. "But I'm not. I promise. I'm just overly cautious."

"Hey Bistro," Wulfrin said as he entered the all too familiar shop of Cintamani. "I'm here for another restock. Apparently being a frontliner is just as taxing on the wallet as it is on the energy bar."

Wulfrin put together a small collection of items. The majority of his required items were not present at his fellow guildmate's shop. Having selected the items, he placed his required payment of materials on Bistro's counter before turning to leave. His shopping list grew shorter, but he still had another stop to make.

"Late Bistro," Wulfrin waved. "We really should quest together at some point. Shoot me a message sometime yeah?"
