The Fox's Den

Within the confines of Firm Anima's guild hall, on can find several several shops, but one special shop is tucked away, somewhat hidden. An short path up a hill near the guild hall and one will find a Japanese style shrine. A tori opens the path at the top of the hill and one can find a rather small building with no more than 3 rooms. Inside is a counter and several bits of junk and other items for sale.

The shop is open for business 24/7, just don't expect Fox to be nice to you if you come in the middle of the night.

The paladin marched into the quaint looking shop. It was interesting that there was a shop right next to her own home, must be new. Although, Firm Anima was a pretty well known guild, so it isn't weird that their guild house was out here on floor 22 with her. This one stood out though. The girl in the fox mask groaned as someone walked in her door. "Ugh, oh- You're that cook I got some of my food from. What do you need? Let's make it quick."

"Just some identifications from a quest I did awhile back. I almost forgot about them."

"Unfortunately, these items hold no important benefits that you couldn't get anywhere else. I believe that you would like to keep the potions at least, but I'll take this spear and junk it for you." The paladin smiled and nodded to the younger girl. She seemed like she knew what she was doing, even if her experience in the field was new. "Thank you for your time, you have a good day!" And with that the paladin took her consumables and left the shop.

This shop was such easy access for the paladin with it being right next to her house. It was no more than a short ten minute walk between her shop and to Firm Anima's Guild Hall. The Fox there was a decent enough person, so hopefully she was a high enough merchant level to sell her what she needed. The paladin opened the sliding door and took off her shoes on the tatami mat floor.

"Oi, Fox, I'm just looking for a bunch of Immolation potions for my level. You can't get them from crafters, so I need to buy them from you, here's enough col for 15 of them." She said setting the sack of money on the counter and completing the trade.

A casual whistle... Wow, being at this floor is kinda weird. Nonetheless, it is relatively easy to just teleport up then teleport back down, so might as well look around for some good shops, right? He heard some things about this place after all...

Immolation pots, immolation pots, immolation pots! Ah, there it is! Time to make things unfun for a few people... Hehehe...

Honestly, one would be concerned by the homeless looking person doing an evil chuckle, but I suppose money is money. Now... He has to trade some money and just pick up a copy of the pot, easy enough!

...

Now to get back down.. God, this is a lot of effort.

[Hmm, where does this path lead?]

Xin made her way up a hill nearby Firm Anima's guild hall and happened upon Fox's shack.

[What do we have here?]

She entered it and the interior was what the exterior suggested: not much going on. Not that that was a bad thing; not everyone could have an extravagant shop like Snow and people had different tastes. Xin walked up to the counter where Fox was standing and looked around at the wares she had for sale. "Hey, how's it going? Can I get...that immo pot?" Xin pointed to the item. "Please and thank you!"

Not wanting to go into a event with just my basic gear I make a an effort and find the coordinates of a open merchant at the twenty second floor. A little higher than I'd like to adventure and outside a safe zone. My saving grace is that at this hour the majority of players seemed to be out questing. Once in sight I peer at the name and snort at the name, remembering a certain feline's den. Going in, I greet whoever is in with a small 'Good Morning' then I browse through the available wares with little interest for small talk. After picking a few items I present it to the clerk and pay the price. Keeping my visit short, I wave goodbye and carefully make my way towards the meeting place.

Buying the next items for 1200+1100 Col:

1x Field Rations +1
1x Immolation Potion +1

1x Immolation Potion
1x Teleportation Crystal

NIGHT: please go look for a merchant yourself
NIGHT: its not hard
NIGHT: and also i dont wanna keep hauling your crap on mine every week
NIGHT: its very embarrassing for me
NIGHT: im not even an alchemist
Bistro: Aww, NIGHT gets all shy?
NIGHT: you're doubly on your own
Bistro: :c

It was with this chat that the nuisance finally found herself scouring Aincrad for more merchants. Somewhere up in Floor 22 was where one of her leads had taken her; a guild rumored to keep captive personnel at the pinnacle of their respective professions. Players, or NPCs? The rumor painted them as the latter, but one shuffle down a lane aside the stairway towards their main hall had brought her face to face with a rather... stern person.

She set the heavy boxes ungracefully down all at once. When they'd clattered onto the floor (what was it, tatami mats?) Bistro swore the ground rumbled beneath her feet. And all she could offer the uncertified player was a brilliant smile.

"Junk-sale, please!"

... Well, the merchant hadn't exactly complained during her last visit to her(?). And she(?) seemed to work fast enough for the amount she'd offloaded onto her(?). So Bistro found herself wandering up the mountain once again, gloves shoved into her pants' pockets once more, humming a carefree tune as she'd entered the Japanese-styled building.

Once more, she'd haphazardly laid her items down in heavy crates, almost blocking the entrance with her bulk this time. For some reason, one of her patrons had a home full of miscellaneous items to be sold off -- one that NIGHT had pleaded Bistro take on her sale ventures out somewhere. That she could do. After all, a junk-sale was a junk-sale. Didn't matter how much was being sold in bulk as long as the merchant wasn't dissatisfied with the item amount.

"Thank you very much...! I'll just be waiting in the corner for when you get done."

The only reason she'd stopped by to another floor was at her alchemist and broker's behest. Some merchants just needed the experience, and today NIGHT was doing Bistro a favour by visiting this out-of-place store right next to Raidou's little gathering. "Spyglass, Water Canister," she'd read off her list, before realizing the familiar face sitting behind what little made up of the counter in the Japanese-styled hall.

"Oh, hey there." Never thought she'd forget about the other party that handed her one of her treasured venoms. "Thanks for the loot from Hebishinu the other day. Hope your own hunt's going well." When the transaction was swiftly completed, NIGHT gave the merchant a nod before heading on her way.
