Description:
A rather gruesome looking axe, with one reddish orange blade instead of two. It's shaped like a headsman's weapon, and once swung it leaves a string like wire in its wake. Rushing past your opponent drags that cable through, tearing a fine line through them laced with all sorts of venoms that begin to attack the nervous system.

She'd normally save requests like these for An. On the other hand, she hadn't exactly given the other merchants around Aincrad a hearty go just yet. With Firm Anima's reputation on the rise, NIGHT wondered what their own identifier's luck might be like. In her duffle bag was a sum of ten weapons -- enough to satiate her curiosity, perhaps, but not at all the best of her attempts at discovering a weapon of choice... unless she got incredibly fortunate.

The Black Odyssey only requested the cost of covering for identification payment? It was only ideal. She wouldn't lose out on much of the transaction if they were junked. NIGHT set down the bag on the floor, right in between the twins.

"Look... over these for me...?"

With Simmone channeling trails of gold and illuminated eyes all the same, the girl could not have been more punctual. "I think I can squeeze you in my dear. Girls if you would bring them to me, save a couple for Felix though." Simmone offered a sharpened grin, she worked better with an audience. To a myriad of lights like a swarming galaxy, appraisal's golden glow ripe in the air as the brew from floor 22's witch magnified the skill to almost unnatural levels. Normally it would fade between casts, but now it was constant as such Simmone's normally red iris was ablaze with her favorite skill. The girls seemed giddy, the cat was appraising his own small pile of NIGHT's weapon, licking his paw and wiping his ear between casts. "Aye, Miss~ your items are ready!" the twins respond in almost a soulless and uniform duo.

The rate was one out of five.

Needless to say, it was the most impressive chance she'd ever seen. Of course, there was something to note about the two items being Burn/Freeze, but that aside, the opportunity for getting uniques felt much likelier here than anywhere else.

Aside from her own lucky star, NIGHT felt. But that was more a hunch than concrete numbers so far. Maybe she should put her own thoughts to the test.

"Hold on a minute."

She'd pulled open her menus, drumming up another scatter of unidentified weapons -- all of them from the Zero, and only just barely enough to cover the shop's floor. It was daunting to ask for more but the player scanned the array around her, before looking towards the merchant herself.

"Would you mind taking a look at these too?"

With a pause and a turn as a pile of weapons scatter to the floor, each firing off stat blocks littered with question marks. Simmone takes to an ashtray and removes the cigarette holder and takes a long drag. She moves to one of the windows of her abode, inhaling and exhaling sharply through the opening. "Girls, bring me them." She remarks with a bat of her eyes in one fluid sway, like a cat with a mouse she enjoyed the extra prey. Reaching into her sleeve she removes another bottle of the darkened purple mixture in a vial and pops the top, drinking deep as she shuts her eyes. When opened they were that signature gold, appraisal in full swing. The cat grabs a couple as the NPC's begin to shovel them off the floor, latching onto the handles with his teeth Felix drags them to the side as his yellow eye flares with its own color like his masters.

Wandering into the shop with a half-dozen UI windows open, Freyd was busy muttering to himself while he reviewed the latest batch of supplies he required for his next self-appointed mission.  The top of a dark hood was all that could truly be seen behind all of the open windows, bobbing up and down as his eyes scanned every checklist.

"Very convenient of you to be located so close to the guild hall," he mumbled without making eye contact.  "I'm going to need these items."  All of his windows closed at once, revealing a dark specter-like figure wreathed in roiling black shadows from head to toe, with only the solid black void beneath its cowl confirming that someone, or something, exceeded inside the tenebrous cloud.  He gingerly laid a scrap of graph paper on the counter outlining his needs:

(x5) Blanks T3 dungeon map (@550 col = 2,750)
(x5) Golden keys (+2 LD when opening chests) (@1,250 col = 6,250)
(x3 Water Canisters (@650 col = 1,950)
(x5) Immolation +1 potions (Thorns 20) (@850 col = 4,250)
(x1) Dimensional Backpack (@5250 col)

Total: 20,450 col

Tilting his head, one could only imagine a narrowing of eyes beneath his hood.  "Ah!  So you're the Simmone I keep hearing about.  Thought I might as well buy these from another merchant in Firm Anima.  Call me Freyd."

Sam was reading the black book that she had gotten from the guild leader when she hears the door open and close. Looking up from her reading she sees a figure of unique qualities attached to him. He starts to speak of the shop being so close to the guildhall and says he needs some things. His voice sounded male-like so she could only assume it was a male but she saw the Firm Anima title so she gets up from her seat and walks to the counter to greet him and then he assumed that Sam was Simmone. Sam chuckles as she says "Well that is a new one. I only wish I was as elegant as she was. No, I am Sam, her assistant. Nice to meet you Freyd." Sam picks the grid paper from the countertop and looks over everything. "Hm, busy boy aren't ya..." Hoping her boy's comment was correct given the voice. "Girls, I need you to grab these items for me." Two blue and pink haired girls come running around the corner giggling. They take the sheet of paper and run off to collect with a loud "Aye" in unison. "So how is life treating you in the Firm Anima Guild?"

The girls go back and forth collecting the items that the sheet calls for. After each was set on the table she says "Good, you did the math for me. I will need the 20,450 Col from you before you leave and everything on the table is yours." Sam starts putting everything requested into a bag as she glances at the paper to make sure the girls gathered everything. "Thank you, Girls," she calls behind her as she puts the last of the items into the bag of holding. Small giggles behind her as she waits for Freyd to give what he owes. Tying the tops of the bag she waits.

Sells to Freyd for 20,450 Col:

It had been a few days since his last visit, but Chase finally barged in once more, looking a mix of confident and excited. Completely nonchalantly, he wandered up to the counter and looked around, coughing before asking for Simmone rather than Sam, this time around. I've some interesting items I think you'd like to get a good look at, gr-... Miss Simmone., he bit his tongue at the last moment and held back on pissing her off yet again, humming lowly while he waited for her to show up. When she did, he handed over all the unidentifieds in his inventory that had the word 'Perfect' on them, along with the happy few that NIGHT handed over to him to pile his stack up, and he waited for her to get to work. "I'll give you the Col after, promise~. Oh, right. Some things to sell here too, I'll wait, no matter."

An deep blue overcoat with some plates around the chest to protect from strong blows. Despite its burly looks, it appears to be fairly light and comfortable to move around in. It helps the user feel at ease and appears to have some property to help patch their wounds up faster than usual. A small, golden lining can be seen along its zipper, and a few golden streaks go down from the collar to the shoulders. There's a peculiar silver emblem near the right upper torso, closely resembling a dragon. It appears to be properly polished and there's an orange gem where a socket for the eyes used to be.

Sam hears some talking around the corner and joins the fray, listening to the boys words with a smile. "While Simmone deals with those, I will deal with these sells. I am Sam, Simmone's apprentice." Starting to gather the items of which to sell she puts them into a small bag of her own. "I am not max rank yet or I would help with the other task. By me selling these for Simmone and you of course you, I will make this go by a bit faster," Sam says with a smile. "I'll be right back with the results." Sam, after gathering the items meant to be sold she starts heading toward the back of the room. Behind her, Curbie, her Mimic familiar waddles at her feet with small jumps of excitement. After moving out of sight, and a snap of her finger she is in the Bazaar location where some of the magic happens. In the Bazaar she starts to work her words to get the sellers attention.

Chase had given a few items over to Sam last time, so he remembered her thankfully. With a nod, he waited for her to sell the items until she returned, offering him the Col on a trade request. He accepted them, and it was then that Simmone was also finished getting his identifications. He looked at the items, inspecting their enchantments and what each of them did. Excitement quickly lit up on his face even more than before as he smiled, preparing to leave and waving behind himself once he'd taken every single one of the items on his inventory. "Thanks a lot Sam and g-... lady! See you next time, keep giving me good stuff~."

How strange; for all the times she'd walked into the other building at Firm Anima, Bistro hadn't actually wandered around the guild's confines before. If she had to venture a guess, the territory was likely to hold more crafters.

Her assumption was only slightly incorrect. Another merchant's shop meant another player to bother when she was wanting to offload her items.

That was enough for the eager alchemist. Plus, it seemed as though she had help! --Twin assistants otherwise. The notice at the door informed Bistro of the other player within the store's confines, and she strode up to them with as pleasing a smile as she could muster.

Because the sight of the items she would drop on them was surely going to be something to behold. "Junk-sale, please!"
