Another way of contacting any PST is to directly message them here on site by checking in the staff tab and just choose a random PST, they'll get to you when they're free. Another alternative is to contact any PST that is online. We mostly use Discord for contact as that's much faster than on site DM'ing, and Raidou has already provided you with a link to there.
