Katoka set the last potion bottle into the vial holder in the counter in front of her. She let out an exhausted sigh wiping the sweat from her brow, leaving a smear of something green on her forehead. She had been putting off this order for so long that she felt horrible, but it was finally done. After sending Freyd a quick message to meet her at her shop she leaned back in the chair she was sitting in and looked at all the bottle, glasses, herbs, and other various potion equipment strewn about. If she was going to be a frontliner now she had to pull her weight when it came to making consumables as well.

After a few minutes of rest she sat back up and began work on her next batch for the day.

Message to Freyd:

Hey shadow dork, meet me at my shop. Yeah I know, the one that's been collecting dust for the past few months.
I got that order finally ready for you!

A thin and delicate looking vial of reddish gold liquid, it's cork sealed with wax. The contents seem to be carbonated and when opened there is a satisfying hiss and the aroma of cherry soda.

Persi slithered in first, the door jamb offering little resistance to a creature made of shadow and pure attitude.  Leaping to Katoka's workbench, her curiosity reigned as she wandered about sniffing and poking her nose into everything.  Like master, like familiar, as they always say.  Freyd entered moments later, grinning madly, yet also looking slightly dazed.  He'd honestly nearly forgotten about the order - not really, but it would be nice if he'd pretended such to be the case.  Strutting with deliberate silence over to the counter, he yanked one of the vials up to his eyes and peered at it with his appraiser's eyes.  

"Hrm.  Colour looks right.  Let's see how you did.  Hopefully this doesn't poison me."  His lips barely contacted with liquid before Freyd started hacking and coughing, wheezing like a maniac and flopping onto the floor.  Random limbs twitched awkwardly as he struggled to speak, slapping a poorly scrawled note on the counter while Katoka was distracted.  Eyes bulging and strained he gasped and finally eeked out a message: "cherry pop... ack!"
