Good Item Alchemy

My girlfriend(Maka ) was wondering if when you craft something like a health crystal, what is a good item? I had that question as well, cause we share an inventory once we are officially together for the rest of eternity.

Crystals can only be made by the most skilled alchemists. I would like to have an answer for this question though, sometimes it's confusing from an alchemist's perspective due to the very nature of alchemy and how customisable it is.

I dunno, maybe get some nepent petals, melt them down, crystalize them, BOOM healing stuff. I suppose you could just cut off the crystalize part for healing potions.

Edit: I have played way too much Monster Hunter. To me, alchemy is a really easy thing to go about as long as you know about your monsters xD
