I loved selling iron and holy water in mabinogi. In most MMOs that offer item breakdowns you also can't breakdown items sold by NPC... So I gotta agree, buying materials from a NPC just doesn't work out in my mind... Though if you do have a lot of spare Col, there IS a NPC shop in the OOC forums, right? The Item list/prices thing.
