Her entire life before SAO she spent getting into brawls and getting in trouble to the point where it was causing major issues in her life. She has a lot of unaddressed emotional problems that tend to build up after a while, but despite all of this she isnt an evil person. She can come to care a lot about the few people she unwillingly grows close to.
