» About: History: Born on March 20th. Zauis didn't really have a bad childhood. He grew up with a loving dad, mother, and a little sister who always seemed to hang in his room with him or even go to the arcade with him. It was as if his sister was another half of Zauis. Though as a big brother he didn't mind and he loved spinning time with her after his kendo training. He knew he had to watch her real close though because she was a bit clumsy. But later his mother and father started leaving on business trips leaving Zauis and his little sister home by themselves. After they left his sister started to change and she became popular at school and started making lots of friends leaving Zauis in the dark. As the days past more and more Zauis barely got a chance to really speak with his sister. Causing him to feel alone and left out then he heard from someone at school about a MMO game that's gonna be beta tested but only a few will get it. Weeks past and Zauis was able to get his hands on the beta of Sword Art Online. He thought everything about the game was simply amazing and grinding and dungeons felt so real and awesome. Later the game was released and had multiple people on it then suddenly the log out button was gone. The hell? He thought while waiting for the man to answer everyone's questions.

Looks: Zauis has medium lengthen black hair that spikes up in the back like a sucks butt and dark red eyes that almost most look black. He wears a blue trench coat and underneath lies a black shirt. He wears black jeans and black boots.

Personality: Zauis is best described as hardheaded, passionate and impulsive, which are both attributes of his strong determination to protect some of his closest friends or anyone in danger really. Even if he's not too fond of you.

» Virtues:
Optimistic: When things don't always go as planned he can make the situation a lot better by looking for the bright side of the situation. Zauis is usually reflecting a favorable view of events and conditions and the expectation of a positive outcome.

Helpful: Though Zauis seems like a complete jerk, he will help anyone whose in danger. Though most of the time the people who are in danger are mostly because of him or he's being aggressive towards them. But being helpful is one of his primary goals although he doesn't show it as much because he doesn't want others to always beg him for help

Self sufficient: Zauis is use to being alone and knows how to take care of himself. Zauis likes being self sufficient because it is the state of not requiring any aid, support, or interaction, for survival. He pretty much depends on no one but himself, even if he's in a situation were he might possibly die.

Observant: Zauis is someone who is good at noticing things, or someone who follows the rules and requirements of any situation. He can easily notice things that many others cannot. Basically, Zauis is really good at knowing his surroundings.

Kendo He was in a Kendo class so he's use to fighting with swords so it's easy for him. He was actually the third strongest in his class before the sao incident.

» Flaws:
Teasing: Zauis seems to tease everyone with his horrible rude remarks. To annoy or make fun of someone persistently. One of his teasing habits is poking people repeatedly on the cheek until they get frustrated. The guy likes to see people get mad at him for pity stuff that he enjoys so dearly. Though he hates being teased.

Beautiful days: He loves when it's a beautiful day out. He'll even skip the front lines to sleep in the sun. Though beautiful days also ruins his reputation considering people see him sleeping in the sun and they start to complain about how the highest player doesn't do anything but sleep because of how beautiful Aincrad is.

Forgetful: Zauis seems to be a forgetful and is apt or not likely to remember the things someone's told me. This is a huge downside about him. Especially when it comes to huge details like concerning a bosses movements and patterns. Once he's seen it he'll forget within the middle of the fight if the boss tries to switch it up. His forgetful ness doesn't seem to work for girls though. He seems to remember things like that. Unusual, right?

New Traits (Added Jun 20):

Soft Hearted: Zauis He has a soft heart because he'll go through any trouble to help someone in need of it. Zauis will put his life on the line even if it's against a trap that spawned a strong monster.

Goofy: When he's around the right crowd he'll often be goofy and place both his index fingers in his mouth pulling his mouth apart while giving his flashy cheeky smile that cheers up a lot of people. He acts goofy rarely, but when he sees a sad face he'll try his best to help put a smile on their face.
