Saryn 0 Posted July 22, 2014 #1 Share Posted July 22, 2014 «Baron» Knight of Narwhal Profile » Username: Baron » Real name: Ares Slanders » Age: 22 » Gender: Male » Height: 5â€9 » About: Being named after a god of war Ares was always dedicated to being powerful, ever since he was a child he went out of his way to be more impressive than other children. He grew a love for gaming early, specifically the competitive side, still striving to be the best he could possibly be. Ares always had a difficult time finding friends, as most people were too weak for his high standards, though he has a small group of people he met through MMOs that he considers his friends. He can seem cruel, rude, and arrogant, but if Ares considers you a friend he treats you well. In order to keep his level high Ares adopts a daily grinding regimen, he often pushes himself too far in the pursuit of strength, returning to his group exhausted with cuts and bruises all over, though he is far too arrogant to show weakness. When SAO came out he and his group of course bought it on day one, his first hours in game were impressive, he spent time alone figuring out the combat system. After the first few hours he along with every other player was transported to the center of floor 1 where the dark truth of SAO was revealed. It was certainly an inconvenience to be trapped in an MMO, but Baron was far too arrogant to give in. »Appearance: » Virtues : Tactician Being obsessed with being powerful, Baron has taught himself to be a tactician, he is good at managing groups, and taking control of situations. He assists his group of friends with battle plans, being able to take command of small squads easily. Though he’s FAR too arrogant to admit his own weakness, he is awful at controlling large groups, preferring to stick to 4 man squads. Motivated Baron is well motivated; when he is given tasks he completes them in a timely fashion. He dislikes people who take too long to accomplish goals, and doesn’t wish to put that anger on to others. In SAO he has a strict grinding regimen to keep his level high, deploying himself into combat areas daily. Code of honor Despises cheating, and chooses to win honestly and fairly. He also goes out of his way to make sure weaker people don’t get themselves killed. He is obsessed with the concept of an honorable knight, and seeks to become a knight of honor and strength. He has rules that he does not break, and will be angered at others breaking, do not disrespect women, do not mistreat food, don’t manipulate others, do not treat children poorly, etc. And of course PKing is something he’d never do. » Flaws: Arrogant Baron is extremely arrogant, being fixated on being more powerful than those around him. He dislikes the weak, and will inform people on their weakness if he catches it. He is constantly improving himself, trying to be the strongest person possible, and practically fetishizes strength. Impatient Baron does not enjoy waiting on people, he sees people that take too long as weak, and of course weak people are his least favorite kind of people. He also dislikes waiting for crafting; Baron is a fast moving person and does not have the time to wait for someone to craft a sword. Cold hearted Baron can be cold; if people are liability’s he will inform them. He doesn’t do quests with strangers as he doesn’t want to end up with fools who will get themselves, and possibly even Baron, killed. If he sees people depart for quests under prepared Baron will inform them of the risk of death.
