Raidou 1 Posted August 17, 2023 #1 Share Posted August 17, 2023 PH Charko Citizens Charko is a well disciplined and strict society. What they lack in population they make up for in values and community. In the face of Tesseleth's reign they chose solace and detachment from the rest of floor 21. However, what little supplies they mustered during their insurrection have since ran scarce and have began trading carefully with whoever they can. Despite this they hardly welcome outsiders into their village, and all visitors will be held under scrutiny. But they need a hand, or else they will die out. Tsuno The head of the Charko council and acting shogun of the Charko people. Once held the position Awakawa now holds, but age has had him take a shift to teaching. Tsuno will be on watch, keeping things on the level and civil. To Tsuno, keeping the ideals of the village concrete even during the occasion. Jotaika Nicknamed Vixen, Jotaika sells what little fauna she can muster to any player that happens to wander through. However, she also has a habit of sticking sticky fingers where they do not belong. Time and time again she's been chastised for not following Charko's values. Jotaika will likely be really friendly to any players she meets, although they should keep an eye on their pockets. Awakawa Hates being called Awa, Awakawa is disciplined and strict. Him and the other footpads are responsible for safeguarding Charko from the Dragon Knights of Tesseleth. This man is directly going to be addressing the players when they enter, ensuring they are on their best behavior. Himan The self proclaimed 'gourmet' of the Charko people. Himan takes pride in his cooking, so much so that his belly is an accurate reflection of such. Moreover he has a habit of irritating the other locals by trying to steal one more bite. Himan will likely be floundering near the buffet table, trying his best to sneak the odd morsel while avoiding the other villagers gaze. Komaki Komaki is a bit of a coy fellow, who doubles as an innkeeper for the 3-Legged Spider. Before their insurrection the business was already failing, now with the lack of revenue its basically empty. He's sense taken up textiles and has made some income there from the other citizens, shown by the strange bundles of fabric now laying about the Inn. Komaki will likely be trying to sell either booze or fabric to unsuspecting players. Ureka A demure and courteous young woman, who is slightly more formal and peppy than she first lets on. Playing the role of intelligence on the council seat, it is little wonder how she’s capable of orchestrating a suitable plan in somewhat dire times (with only minimal losses). Ureka is a little more open minded, and will likely be welcoming guests. Sagi-Shi Sagi-Shi is a curious man, noteably refuses to show his face out of shame. In his youth the man continued to break Charko's ideals and has since been forced to wear that mark as a slip of paper that blocks his face. He is no stranger to playing a prank, although admits that some get out of hand. Sagi-Shi is likely to be trying to avoid Awakawa's gaze at all times, and when given the opportunity will mess with the players. Ai & Tai The twins act directly under Ureka as both maidens of the council and double as hunters. Their primary game seems to be white spiders and their almost metallic like webbing. Both girls when encountering players enjoy toying with their emotions and other needs much like the game they hunt. Beware Ai & Tai will likely be milling about outside of the occasional request for aid from Ureka. If they get a player alone, then they are in for a tough time. Guard your belt.
