[SP-F1] Training Time

She woke up, and counted the number of days that she had been stuck in this death game. After a while, she began to give up counting, as there was no point. She knew what she wanted, which was to get back to real world. In order to achieve her goal, she had to become stronger, and the only way that she knew, was to improve training her skills. Rebekah knew that she had to do it by herself, without any distractions or from anybody else around.

She walked out of the town of beginning for the... she gave up counting. There was no use, and she head out to the part of the first floor that she had never walked by before. Rebekah knew that after this, most of her adventuring time in the first floor would be gone, and she would soon move to the second floor afterwards. It was fine by her, getting in some last bits of training on this floor before moving on. To her, it was the only way for her to get better, by beating every monster until she could move on.

Today was a nice day, not the best, as she had seen better, but decent enough for training. She would have spent the day, either running around the town or helping out a beginner with a boar. However, Rebekah wanted to improve herself, as she can only fight a simple boar so many times without not gaining much more experience, so she had to find something. She had finally arrived at her destination, and she took out her rapier, just in case anything unexpected happens.

She had set out into the wilderness, there was no turning back now, at least, her survival skills from the desert can come in handy, if she really needed to flee a battle and wait for another day. It was what she had wanted, to put down some serious training time. She finally saw what she was looking for, an iron goblin. Without a second thought, she charged right at the iron goblin, and thrusted her trusty weapon.

The Iron Goblin charges right for her after that swipe, and she was not able to dodge it in time. It was the first time she had ever face this type of monster, so taking early damage is quite common for her actually. She usually takes a bit of time to warm up before killing everything.

She retaliates after that attack had landed, but this time the monster was ready for her, as her attack was completely blocked by the monster. Interesting, she was going to have fun experimenting with different techniques with her rapier, looking for the most efficient style that suits her the best.

This monster does not take a second back. Rebekah was caught once again not totally aware of her surroundings, and was again hit by the goblin. She needed to refocus in this battle, but she had trouble before against monsters when she fought them for the first time. It takes a while for her to manage to learn all its moves and lower its advantage.

After missing her attack in the last round, Rebekah makes a tiny adjustment and goes charging in with her rapier, determined to strike it this time. She succeeds this time as she was able to pierce the armour of the goblin with her weapon.

The Iron Goblin charged right at her, but this time, she managed to easily evade the attack as it charged right at her. The patterns of these monsters do get quite predictable after a while, and avoiding the attack is easier the higher the level.

Rebekah charged right at the Iron Goblin, to try to finish it off. However, her attack was completely blocked by the Iron Goblin once again, as she tried to kill it. She had retried that attack move which had failed earlier, but she was stubborn to give it one more go.

The monster watches her miss the attack, and begins charging right at her. Unfortunately, for the monster, it had tripped over a rock, and fell down to the ground. The Goblin knew it had to get back on to its feet quickly, or else, it would be easy pray for the girl.

It was her turn to end this battle, with the goblin lying completely on the ground. She takes a second to catch her breath, then charges in with her rapier. The goblin was able to block the attack by getting up fast enough to mitigate the damage entirely. These monsters never give up.

It had gotten back up on its own feet, and charged right at the girl once again. This time, she was able to predict the move of the goblin, and managed to avoid the attack. She knew that she had to be able to consistently keep killing them in order to be a better at combat.

As this battle stalls out, the advantage would go towards the Iron Goblin, since it is an AI which will not tire out the way she does. She knew she had to finish this battle quickly, and move on, however her attack was once again blocked by the Iron Goblin.

The Iron Goblin charged right at her once again, and with its weapon tried to attack the girl who so desperately is trying to kill it. She looked up, and saw the attack coming once again. She managed to predict the movements, as it used the exact same move again.

Rebekah had enough with this battle, and charged right at it yet again, this time refocused, as she wanted to finish this battle as soon as possible. She charges, and manages to thrust her weapon into the Iron Goblin thus killing it. She had finally killed her first monster today.

That had been a tough battle for her, but she knew that she would love to continue. There was no point making this much time, to make the trip out here, just for only 1 battle. She knew that she had to act quickly, trying to improve her battle skills. She saw another Iron Goblin, and quickly attacked it before it could respond.

The monster was not expecting anybody to be fighting it, since there were rarely any players around this area, but after the girl had struck him, it charged right back, dealing a damaging blow to the girl. It was not much, but the girl still lost health.

She looked up, it had felt like she had been fighting for a long time, but she was in actual fact only on her second monster. At this rate, she will never get better very quickly. She kept going in this battle as she sliced the goblin once again, dealing massive damage as she watches its HP bar slowly tick down.

The monster had charged directly at her, as she could not get out of the way this time, as the trees and terrain was not in her favour for dodging the attack. That attack did not do much against her, as she brushed it off. She did realize that she should get better armour, to help her out with her combat effectiveness soon.
