XO 0 Posted July 25 #1 Share Posted July 25 Hi. I don't have much to talk about, but I did want to just take a moment to say hi. I am still working on my character and expect to still spend a few more days before I'm happy. I'll be playing a mother and former-nurse by the name of Alexandria Owens, who has decided her purpose of being stuck here is to help protect and heal others, including her 14-year old son Rowan. I'm expecting to give her defensive/healing related skills and sword arts, but still have a lot to learn about how that all works. I hope to finish soon and begin writing stories with you all. Cheers. P.S. - I may also use this post to help draft my character for a proper Journal post so please feel free to ignore that.
XO 0 Posted July 25 Author #2 Share Posted July 25 (edited) NAME Xandria Owens GENDER Female AGE 33 ORIGIN America HEIGHT 164cm WEIGHT 52.5kg ROLE Crafter TYPE Alchemist [transaction history] [directory post] | XO | Xandria, a single mother and former nurse, found herself trapped in Aincrad alongside her 14 year old son, Rowan. Known for her compassionate and nurturing nature, she has gained a reputation as the protective, motherly figure to players that have had the pleasure to meet her. Her resilience and wisdom has helped her navigate the dangers of Sword Art Online | chatlog [04.13] | XO: rowan! where are you??? | Roe: with a group taking on <<Sando Satsu>> | XO: WHAT? I TOLD YOU YOU'RE NOT READY YET! | Roe: yeah yeah, i know. i got some nice upgrades on F05 that I wanted to try out and i'm with a group | XO: rowan, you make me wish I could pull my hair out sometimes | Roe: i know. i'll make it up to you | XO: you always do this | Roe: i know, i'll be fine like always Roe has left the chat. HISTORY Spoiler History TBD VIRTUES, FLAWS Spoiler Compassion | Xandria's humanity remains strong through the plight of Aincrad. She has acute sense for others in distress and responds with genuine empathy and kindness, for friends and strangers alike. Always there to lend a listening ear and offer comforting words, she is fully understanding of the emotional toll that this game has on them. She actively strives to alleviate their fears and anxiety, through both her actions and words. This has always been true for Xandria though, often allowing her to reminisce her of the years that she worked as a nurse in the real world. Tending to others gives her purpose and it still rings true for her. When accompanied, expect her to perform small acts of kindness, whether it's sharing resources, completing quests, or offering unwarranted life advice. High stakes risks are often off-the-table as she believes no plan should factor in increased chances of death or grievous harm. Resilient | A testament to her strength and determination, Xandria remains steadfast and unyielding when challenged. She has survived her fair share of dangers and has developed a strong mental fortitude, allowing her to stay calm and composed even in the most dire situations. Her ability to think clearly under pressure allows her to make sound decisions and often ends with her taking charge if necessary. Wise - Thanks to NIGHT for the Journal template. Lessa 1 Posted July 25 #4 Share Posted July 25 Welcome to the site! I love your character concept! My character has served as a teacher to the kids in Aincrad, so I bet she and Alexandria will get alone well.
