She'd found herself trawling along through the streets without a purpose. It had become her nightly habit, one which she had picked up...well, she wasn't quite sure where. Few players were out at this time, and those NPCs that could be seen wandering were nothing more than bodies that shifted in and out of focus. For some time now, Nari had been wondering what the purpose of it all was - she wasn't so much depressed, as she was wondering if Aincrad was as bad as they'd been taught to believe. So much time had passed that she'd wondered if returning to the real world was...well, really what she wanted.

"Maybe it's time for me to take a break, let someone else push forward." Her eyes suddenly drifted over the passing bodies, noticing a younger girl who seemed determined in her stride. Without thinking, Nari approached the player, touching their arm and speaking as soon as their eyes had landed on her form. "Here, consider this a gift, for your future endeavours."

She'd been strongheadedly making her way back to the small inn she'd booked for the night, determined to get back and fall asleep as quickly as she possibly could. She'd been out far later than originally planned, and as Nymoria made her way through the streets she couldn't help but feel a tingling up her spine. She, like all other players, knew that the city streets were safe - even at night. It was the one thing that Aincrad had over the real world. Although she knew that, something in the back of her mind wouldn't leave her alone, which was why when the hand touched her arm she jumped and screamed, barely hearing the voice that followed. The message that popped up before her took her by even more surprise.

What the? That's a trade offer. Huh? Before she could say anything, the figure had turned and walked away, leaving Nymoria staring at the items offered and the singular message that stood out upon the screen. In her confusion, she slowly hit the accept button, the items depositing into her inventory even as she tried to figure out what had just occurred. Shaking her head, knowing there would likely never be an answer, she paused only long enough to stare after the other player before continuing back to the inn.
