Daeron 1 Posted September 6, 2014 #7 Share Posted September 6, 2014 For the monster drops, the only way you can get an item that gives bonuses (weapons with stats) is if you roll a 19-20 on the loot dice. As a reward, you must have the reward already at hand in order for you to make a quest. If you say they get an uncommon item crafted by you, then you must already be willing to pay it upfront in a manner. Upon posting a quest in this sub-section, you are agreeing that you are putting the weapon up for payment already, but will not be 100% until the quest is completed. Link to post Share on other sites
