The stock and lack of signs indicates that the last thing the owner wants are customers. "I lost a bet," 3ulogy explains cheerfully. Those that linger long enough might here him mutter otherwise. 3ulogy is currently turning away customers, but will accept any donations players have to offer (not before trying to send them to another appraiser, such as Freyd or Riardon).
