Theodore Statil was born to Jonah and Heather Statil 24 years ago in Massachusetts, USA. Theodore is the youngest of five children, Cassie, Cleo, Robert, and Katie. Growing up the youngest, he was doted on by his parents for most of his life, causing some disdain and separation from him and his siblings. He always strived to be kind and helpful to his four older siblings, hoping that this would charm them enough to make them like him again. It worked... somewhat. When Robert and Katie left home (they are the two oldest) they kept in contact with Cassie and Cleo, but fully ignored Theodore. He tried to keep strong about this throughout his life, trying to place blame on the age gap, but he knew the reason why.
Work and Schooling:
His mother Heather owned a Florist shop named "Blossom Avenue" in Plymouth Massachusetts, catering towards a higher-end clientele. Theodore worked here for most of his life, developing a love of flowers and all things nature. This lead him to pursue a degree in botany from the University of Massachusetts. One year before getting trapped into SAO, Theodore graduated with a bachelors in Botany and was debating on going for his master's.
Finding SAO:
Theodore was perfectly content on taking a trip for his graduation gift, however his parents thought a bit differently on what he needed for his achievement. Jonah and Heather decided to give Theodore a new piece of tech, a nerve gear. Their belief was that games would come out for this device that would allow Theo to see interesting scenery and new plants. The device game pre-downloaded with Sword Art Online, apparently the store had a deal for both the game and the device if you bought it that day. Deciding to give it a try, Theo started up the device to see what this VR is really all about.

Virtues

Energetic: The energizer bunny has absolutely nothing on Theodore Statil. Theo has the ability to bring energy into any situation, no matter how dire, difficult, or annoying. While this can be grating on some people, Theodore genuinely tries to encourage others to meet his energy. They hope to boost the energy in any room they are in.
Cooperative: Theodore LOVES to interact with other people in a situation where he can help. Theo is the type of person to tag-team chores, grocery store runs, cleaning, or anything that needs to be done. Before SAO, they rather enjoyed group tasks during his school days. Now with so many quests and tasks to accomplish, Theodore has so many new opportunities to work with other people!
Kind: Connected to their cooperative nature, Theodore adores helping people and making them feel happy. Prior to logging into SAO, Theodore would often hand out free flowers from his mother's floral shop to anyone who seemed to be down. Within SAO, that has not changed much.

Flaws

Distractible: With energy comes attention issues. Theodore tries his best to be excitable about anything going around him, but investing that much energy into so many things can pull his mind to the four corners of the world. Theodore will appear a bit frantic paying attention to everything at once, and then often forget most of the things going on in the moment. He has a tendency to ask people to repeat themselves, or he just attempts to understand what is happening by doing.
Anxious: While Theodore comes off as extroverted, his kind nature make him want everyone to have a good time, but that causes Theo to wonder "Would the be better off without me?" While this does not stop Theo from helping people and interacting with them, it does cause Theo to have a constant internal struggle. This internal struggle, unfortunately, leads to Theodore going out of his way EVEN MORE to be kind and helpful, which will then cause him to feel even more concerned about being too much/annoying. This cycle will rapidly speed up until the social situation is over, or he gets some sort of social clarification that he is in-fact doing okay.
Trusting: This can definitely be seen as a boon, however this has led Theo to trusting a lot of... bad people. Red flags mean nothing to him if the person appears to need help or offers to work together. This also comes with money and items. Many times Theo took orders at the florist with people needing to "run out to their car and grab their wallet" only for them to never come back.
