Baldur landed a strong hit, zapping the phoenix's health bar until it hit zero. It crashed into the ground, burning up into a pile of ash. Morningstar clapped. "Well done," he smiled, stepping over to finish the job when the bird respawned. He peeked at his bare wrist. "I figure I have time for another. But the mountain calls," he added dramatically.

The bird sprung up from its egg in a flurry of embers, but Morningstar was quick to shut it down. He ran his sword straight through its back. With a yelp, it exploded, blinding him with a flood of blue pixels. The hellstorms instantly appeared in their inventories. "Good stuff. These'll come in handy down the line."

With a hard jab, he stuck his blade into a molten gap in the rock, wiggling it until he was sure it was stuck. "So," he squatted down, making himself as comfortable as he possibly could have on the molten hill. "Any interest in doing a bit of scouting Stylahm with me today? If you've got the time to spare, of course."

He chuckled. "I'm close to figuring out what's inside. I can feel it. It's like a sixteenth sense, y'know?"
