I can also. I've even played in a few tournaments. Thus the reason I like to make my characters stategists or some form or fashion.

I wonder if there was a way to vs you guys, i'll show you how a real chess player plays :P Now that i think about it i play chess, basketball and fight the same way my character does. Formless but with purpose, no movement goes to waste.

Oooooooh Chess. Such a fun game. My grandpa taught me to play when I was little, and I've played against him every time I visited. Soon enough, I began winning (Finally) once I entered my teenage years. Since my grandpa was the only person I knew who played chess, I have no one left to play against. *Sigh* If only we could play against each other. We could create a tournament!

My dad taught me chess when I was around 6-7 and I used to play it a lot against him and my grandpa, but since both are no longer in my life I don't really play it any more. I don't think I have played it for a good year or so o_O

I know how to play it, I'm not necessarily a pro but after watching No Game No Life I just really got into video games. (I was into games before NGNL too)

I played giant chess at my year 11 camp most of the days i was there. Beat everyone that challenged me except for this one asian friend of mine x3

Well I don't really know how good I am but I think I'm pretty good if 2 years ago I played with a 2nd place player in the regional championship and out of 3 matches I won one.

I taught myself how to play chess. I'm not really good at it, but I know what does and what doesn't do or go, haven't played with anyone but myself probably a friend of mine who hasn't played it but still beats me. But usually play chess with myself.
