History: Ethan had following SAO online for months, finally waiting for the beta test. Although he didn't get in, he has looked up as much information as he could from the beta testers and the official news for the game. He bought himself a NerveGear so he could get used to FullDive as much as possible before the game launched. He likes stick fighting but never had any formal training due to his lack of interest in competetive sports. He was bullied when he was very young, which left an impression on his life.

Personality: He often seems easygoing and carefree, but can switch in an instant to a cold and calculating analyst. He want to make the most of the situation, always trying to be postive no matter what.

» Virtues:
Sincere - If he says he's going to do something, you can bet that he'll do it. When he was little he was lied to by others and since then he tries to be true to himself and others. Lukas feels that being dishonest will always cause more problems than it solves, even if the only obvious easy way out of a situation is to lie. He is also one to call others out if they do something particularly dishonest or underhanded. However, he will occasionally use dirty tricks if they seem to be the only possible last resort.

Rational - He won't rush into anything suicidal or unprepared. He likes to observe from a distance, or at least out of harm's way, before taking action. When Lukas was little he was fairly happy-go-lucky and didn't really think much of his actions, and this nature of his was taken advantage of by others, so he now tries to make sure that he knows what he's getting into since he can make sure that he isn't being used.

Adaptable - He can quickly sense the general mood of a situation or area, and adjust his behavior accordingly. Since he was pushed around a lot when he was younger, Lukas learned how to go with the flow, whether he wanted to or not. He tried to do this to stop being bullied, but that only made others think of him as a pushover. Despite this, he still feels like the best way to win a fight is for the fight to have never started at all.

» Flaws:
Self-Critical - He is constantly self-evaluating himself and beating himself up about mistakes he has made, often magnifying them. Being bullied when he was younger made him think that he wasn't doing things the right way, so he thought about how to do things 'the right way' until he noticed that the bullying still didn't stop. Even so, this constant second-guessing is still burned into him, causing him to reflect on the slightest detail of his actions.

Emotionless/Twisted (Not sure what to call this besides Twisted, but that doesn't really fit) - While others are screaming and running away from some gruesome sight, he will often consider it in a chilling and philosophical way. He would be to one to ask "How did that impale them with that amount of force?" or "How did they die from falling only this far down?" while others are looking the other way.

Meticulous - He tries to be as efficient and thorough as possible in everything he can, often to excess. He thinks that blunt weapons such as maces or clubs take far too much effort and time, and would much rather kill in one clean strike if possible. [This could also be a virtue, since he cares a lot about results so he tries to this as well as possible.)
