A born pragmatist Asagi was always interested in new challenges to aspire to and then overcome with his own power.  Sometimes cold and calculating he has a knack for being misunderstood.  Seeing the world as a giant puzzle to be solved each new day is a series of new experiences for him.  Being introduced to the world of SAO by Alyssa, Asagi had decided to take up the immersive world of the hundred level tower.  No matter what he would take on this challenge and conquer it.  As he linked into the game and tested out the system he noticed the distinct absence of a logout in the options menu.  It wasn't too long before all was revealed by SAO's creator and he realized he was trapped.  Many panicked at this announcement, this was not the case for Asagi.  Concerned as he may have been it was not a time for him to lose his composure.  A new challenge has been placed upon him rather abruptly, one beyond that which he had ever anticipated from this game.  Without trepidation in his mind he had made his decision, he would take on this madman's challenge, and he would win.

» Virtues:

Analytical : When placed into a situation Asagi has a superior ability to absorb the information around him in order to make a decision.  Thinking through his actions and weighing the pros and cons means less mistakes, less uneducated guesses, and a sound understanding of his situation.

Silver Tongued : Asagi has a way with words, and when he speaks people tend to listen.  Whether it be to lead with presence or talk his way out of a tricky situation his eloquencem gives him the ears and attention of those within earshot.  This also means that his words are very rarely wasted on the innane.

Practical : Level-headed and efficient Asagi goes by the age old idea of waste-not want-not.  Able to keep his cool in difficult situations and not letting a lot of trauma that would cripple many thrown into similar circumstances stop him.

» Flaws:

Flirt : If there is one thing that Asagi has a weakness for it is women.  Flirtation is unavoidable with him when a woman he is attracted to enters the foray.  Though this does not neccesarily become a problem it is the only time you may see his full focus not on the task at hand.

Overconfident : Well aware that he is capable of extraordinary things Asagi sometimes will overestimate himself.  Though he can analyze a situation very well he has a tendency to believe himself able to traverse a challenge more difficult than he is ready to tackle.  This can sometimes get him into underdog type situations which makes a good comrade at his back in case things get rough all the more important.

Remorseless : Though not devoid of emotion Asagi has a tendency to be a bit cold.  When achieving a goal or defending against a foe he will show no quarter in his actions.  Those who hurt him or those he cares about can very easily find themselves on the wrong side of a man who will not blink at being merciless in his retaliation.
