The silence fell on the battlefield as both of them were waiting for the results. Then, suddenly a slash from the left shoulder to the right superior side of the abs appeared on the shadowcloak's body. After that, with calmness, accepting his death, says "I see...so you really have what it takes to defy death...better keep your word" after which, the shadowcloak turns into black smoke and dissapears. As the batlle was finished, the boy looks around to see if anything changed.

The boy recieved his loot from the boss...getting a material out of it. A black chest appeared in front of the altar(formed by the smoke). Ranganok approached it cautionously and with utmost focus he tried to open it without trying to set up any traps, after checking out everything around of course.

 

LD: 16(chest found and loot taken)

IT'S A TRAP! The chest he found was actually a mimic that tried to take Ranganok by surprise. Howeve, because the boy was prepared for thigns like this he manadeg to jump back after learning what the chest really is before he suffered. "Damn it. Just die already." said the boy before attempting a vertical slash at the chest.

The living chest jumped away from the attack dodging it completely. The mimic looked like he was laughing at Ranganok. "Annoying bastard. Just stay still." said the boy because he had enough of all this. The mimic then jumps like a kangaroo in zig zag trying to confuse Michael and then attempts a biting attack at his right shoulder.

The boy turing and stepping back on his left side makes the mimic to miss his attack. As the monster was flying by him, Ranganok reversed the grip on his scimitar(as jhe holds it now the scimitar points towards his back) and makews a horizontal slash which is destined to cut the mimic fron the mouth endge(because the mouth is open) to is back.

The chest was more cunning than anticipated for when the scimitar was passing between it's teeth, the mimic suddenly grit it's teeth, stoppijng the sword between them. Taking advantage of this, the moment the monster let go of the scimitar, he tries to bite off the arm which used it.Ranganok seeing that, he tries to draw it instinctively and a self defense reflex.

Ranganok barely manages to take his hand beofre getting bitten. You could say that he escaped by the moustache.(don't ask...it's an expression from my country which means barely made it) As he withdraws his hand he shouts "Knock it off already!", he decides to counterattack by making a vertical upward slash, trying this time to split the chest in two vertically.

 

CD: 6(4+2 from boots)(success)

This time he manages to slice the chest in two, and as the mimic scremed in anguish, he explodes. It was a critical hit which made more damage than twice the monster's health. The boy finally managed to finish that annoying monster off. He looked around to see if there was anything more worthy of his interest as he was waiting for the loot.

 

CD: 10(Uber Critical)

He didn't get anything out of it after all. Suddenly the boy started to glow in blue as he was about to get teleported. "What the hell?" asked Ranganok as he was teleporting away. A few seconds later he founds himself in his home. Suprised he looks around the house and surprisingly everything was normal and in place. He gets out of the apartment and sees the town of the beginning normal and as it should be. "So it's finally over..." thought the boy loudly as he was watching the sunrise. After all that he goes back into his house to sleep.
