Arekkusu tapped through his inventory until he found his clothing he had when he entered the game. He put all desired items in one outfit and he then equipped it onto him. His armor then dissolved into the air as his clothing was equipped. He wore a short-sleeved blue shirt with long blue-jeans equipped. He no longer wore boots, but white socks, and he no longer had his Headphones on.

 

"So tell me." Arekkusu said. "You seemed to have a life to glorious, you had just about everything cut out for you, talented, smart, beautiful, why did you feel the need to add Virtual Reality to your already perfect life?"

She sighed "It was because of the depression i had fell into at the time. But now it's all gone and i wish i hadn't made that stupid decision....But then i guess i wouldn't have met my friends, and now well my boyfriend." Kitty smiles

"Depression? And you had so many things?" Arekkusu asked. "I would've thought you had the best life and were the happiest person in the real world... but now hearing this... what happened to your family? Are they there for you? You don't need to answer if you don't want to, I was just curious."

"No, No they are but i only see one of them because my mom is on a business trip, and my little sister has cancer and my twin is the only the only one i could talk to but she was with my mom, who is in Canada. The only place i could find happiness was at ctOS and cheerleading."

Arekkus put his arm around Kaitlyn from behind her back and pulled her closer to him, trying to comfort her as her looked forward.

 

"I am so sorry that things went out that way for you." Arekkusu said. "I guess maybe having everything doesn't give you everything. But... now we are both separated from our families, no mom or dad to hug when you get scared, that is one of the many reasons why I need you. Whenever I was down, you mentally told me to get up and just keep believing."

Kitty smiles brightly as he held her close "Even though we've both had bad things happen to the both of us in the end we are happy we have each other, And that is why we remain strong and get back up again."

"I know you didn't ask or anything." Arekkusu said. "But I really depended on music my whole life. It was the only thing keeping me from just snapping. It also gave my family a life that allows us to travel with the Music Company. In fact, the Violin is the only reason why I am here... I love it so much, it lead me to all my friends here and the one person who makes me the happiest."

Kitty smiled as his sentence concluded, She kissed his cheek and rested back in his arms "...Hacking...Hacking is what i loved the most in my whole entire life, I was the Director or the head of the Cyber Security Division or the CSD for ctOS, My fathers company, it was the one place i could rule." Kitty giggled and remembered what it was like back at ctOS.

"Oh your majesty." Arekkusu teased. "Remind me not to make you mad. I always did have an interest in technology, and I really don't want my phone to implode on me. So you are the directer ctOS? I would say that's hard to believe, but compared to what? Besides, I don't want my nervegear to wake me up saying, hacked into, you're screwed. Besides, I believe you are smart enough to do something so awesome. Just don't hack the game, my brother already got a strike an an administrator stabbed me with a sword as a warning to him."

"Haha this games code configuration is a joke, but without me being in the real world i can't get access into the databases...Not that i would want too, This game makes me sick already."

"Yeah..." Arekkusu said. "My brother is in the outside world. I had to cut connections to him when he was sending me Pms, he offered me a chance to cheat the game through, regardless of what I would choose I would get caught. Then I would've been stabbed no matter way. It is best not to do so."

 

Arekkusu then heard his door knock, perfect timing. He jumped down from the bed and looked back up to Kaitlyn. "Kaitlyn-Chan I have a surprise for Thanksgiving." Arekkusu said proudly as he smiled, then he walked to the door.

 

"Arekkusu right?" The NPC deliverer asked. He then brought in a tray of Thanksgiving food ranging from Thanksgiving Turkey to Ham to Cornbread, to Stuffing, to Sweet Potatoes to Pumpkin Pie. It was a true feast Arekkusu could enjoy. When Arekkusu paid 100 Col for the Food, he brought the tray in with the food all nice and ready to eat.

"Happy Thanksgiving my love." Arekkusu said when he finished placing all the food on the table.

Kitty jumped down from the bed, she was amazed at the feast Abner had delivered. kaitlyn was over the moon happy and went immediately to hug him "Thank you Abner-kun, you have just made this day the best day ever!"

"Like my surprise?" Arekkusu asked. "Like hell would I leave my girlfriend hungry on Thanksgiving. All you can eat on Thanksgiving, this is food for a king, Happy Thanksgiving. I love you Kaitlyn-Chan."

 

Arekkusu then looked at the food, this was how you treat someone, make them happy and give your best to them. And he felt happy too, he loved seeing Kaitlyn happy, it made him just as happy, and for Thanksgiving, it made all the better.

Her face was suddenly was like a light bulb, her smile was so bright it could make the most depressed person crack a huge smile "Thi..this is amazing, I love it Abner it's amazing even inside a game like this. I really appreciate it."

"Its a lot less than you deserve." Arekkusu said. "But it is something I could do for the one who deserves a Thanksgiving while we don't have our families around."

Arekkusu then walked over to the table in which he set the food onto. He then turned his head to Kaitlyn and invited her to eat.

"Well..." Arekkusu said. "What's thanksgiving without a little food, come eat with me."

Kitty smirks "And without you here i probably would've had the most worst thanksgiving this year." Kaitlyn looked directly to Abner "thank you for this, Abner. I love you." Kaitlyn sat down Next to Abner, She looked at the at the table and smiled.

That was the first holiday the couple spent together. They may not have their families, but they had each other to love on this holiday. Both sides are thankful for each other and the two of them being a team, their love bringing them together to create a feast as a sign of them looking out for each others feelings

A few days later Arekkusu returned back into the room after a long day of fighting. He still couldn't believe his girlfriend convinced him to be a member of a guil. He refused to wear uniform and came in his armor. He felt real cold when he did so, so he took off the armor and went back into his casual clothing. His armor dissolved and his short-sleeved blue shirt and his blue jeans were equipped. He took off his boots to have his white socks on, then he went to the kitchen.

"Hey Kaitlyn!" Arekkusu called out. "Are you here?"

Kaitlyn walks up behind Arekkusu who had just entered the room and had already gotten changed "Of course i am here, where else would i be in this hell of a game?" She giggled

"I dunno." Arekkusu replied as he grinned a bit. "What, is that supposed to be a trick question?"

Arekkusu grabbed some water and two glasses. He poured the drinks into the glasses and walked over to the bedroom to see his girlfriend on the top bunk. Arekkusu hand her a glass of water and climbed up the ladder to sit next to her. Many things happened that day, but they were back together.
