» About: When Ymir was born, he was given the name James by his parents. He lived in a town near a small city named Bellaire. He went to school and shopped in this area. His life was relatively simple. However, at the age of 12 he moved to Japan. He had a hard time living in Japan, as it was much different from America. The rules were stricter, and he had to learn a new language to simply communicate. After six years, he eventually grew accustomed to Japan. He wished he could move back to America, despite this. When he became 18 and gained the ability to get a job, he quickly earned enough money to move back. Right before he was about to return to his original home, Sword Art Online came out. He bought it for fun, and you all know how that turned out.

(Social) Ymir was never very social in real life, so he wanted that to change in Sword Art Online. When the announcement of the Death Game was made, Ymir saw an opportunity to create another personality. He decided to throw away his old introvert self in hopes of becoming more social and fun.

(Optimistic) Ymir was always a pessimist, and he didn't like this fact about him. He wanted to be more optimistic and look at the bright side of things. Like his introverted self, he threw away his pessimistic self to become more optimistic. This will probably change him for the better when he returns to the real world... IF he returns.

(Careful) Ymir has always been careful. He won't run into a labyrinth with low level gear. He will be well prepared for whatever he does. He could die, after all. Best to be safe than sorry!

---------------------------------------------Flaws---------------------------------------------
(Forgetful) Ymir is forgetful to a large extent. He sometimes forgets about specific details, such as a mob's exact buffs. He has a great long-term memory, but for some reason he has trouble remembering recent details. Ymir often forgets his commands when told to do something.

(Soft) Ymir isn't very good with blood. Or, anything else sad for that matter. He feels queasy due to the smallest of cuts or wounds. Gladly, Sword Art Online does not have blood. He is thankful for this.

(Inconsistent) Ymir is inconsistent with his inside and outside self. He is trying to change from an introvert to a balance between introvert to extrovert. This leads him to sort of having two personalities. One, he shows to the outside. The other is the one he is secretly on the inside.
