Zelrius 0 Posted December 5, 2014 #1 Share Posted December 5, 2014 Zelrius closed out his menu looked around. The air of Floor 8 was a nice cool, and the mist was refreshing. He stood over the ledge of one of the towns that hung in the trees. This is how most towns on this floor were built: Wooden Circles around Several trees connected with a series of bridges. In this particular town, The bridge or "Road" system was a bit queer. There were sych connectors that looped in great round-a-bouts to go no more then maybe twenty or so meters, but that said "Road" was more or less over 200. There were flights of stairs that went up to what seemed as though another platform, But at the top there was only a small plank to stand on, Then an infinite fall down. For some Reason, The Narcissist got the jitters from this town, It made him uneasy. Not at all trusting the travel system in this town, Zelrius merely stood by a nearby tavern. Of course, The only way he knew it was a tavern was for one: The noise the went on inside and clacking of glass, (not to mention the people who stooped out occasionaly.) And the more obvious reason being there was a Sigh suspended above the whole in the tree that read "Hollow Tavern". That made Zelrius laugh to himself a bit. "Hollow" was a bit of an understatement beings there was quite a bit of people in there from what this arrogant player could observe.
Lessa 1 Posted December 5, 2014 #2 Share Posted December 5, 2014 There was a chill in the air. Lessa had spent very little time on the eighth floor, and the heavy mist and eerie silence reminded her why. There had been nothing for her on this floor in the past, and she had preferred to avoid it whenever possible. But today, she had made the decision to travel there. She had needed the change of scenery, and Lessa wondered if the quiet of the floor might actually be good for her. She needed to think, and as much as she loved being around people, she would not be able to do that in the company of others. The next step for her was to sort out her own feelings, and she figured she could do that best on the eighth floor. Besides, this place held no special memories for her. That would make the process considerably easier. Of course, things rarely went as planned. Just as the young woman was reflecting on her solitude, she spotted a familiar player. It was Zelrius, the high-level player who she had had few interactions with. But she did know that he was a powerful force in the boss battles. And he was also an especially moody player, as demonstrated by the short time he spent in her forge. But she was nearly on top of him before she noticed him, and it would be rude of her to pass on by without any sort of acknowledgement. "Hello, Zelrius," Lessa greeted simply, slowing to a halt a few paces from him.
Mari 1 Posted December 6, 2014 #3 Share Posted December 6, 2014 (Mari can't enter the village)Mari had travelled up to the 8th floor, her usual hang spots were inundated with players, players that annoyed her. Players that either tried to instigate a fight or who looked upon her in disdain and disgust. Here, on the 8th floor; just outside and above the town it was peaceful. The mist was cool against her skin. Mari disliked the heat of the highest floor, or the desert. So the 8th floor was a nice change. The height didn't bother Mari. She sat with her legs dangling over the ledge of a platform, absent-mindedly people watching. She may not be able to enter the town, but she could watch it from afar, or in this case - above. She was lazily drinking from a bottle of booze, some form of spiced rum that Daeron had given her. "What a day..." She mumbled.
Zelrius 0 Posted December 10, 2014 Author #4 Share Posted December 10, 2014 Zelrius jumped at the sound of a voice and was on his two feet. Quickly realizing his mistake, Zelrius regained his arrogance and level-headedness, gazing in the direction the noise had come from. When he looked over, He saw a woman, one that looked familiar. She knew his name, and began to think through the voices in his head and which one matched this one. Within a few seconds he recognized her as the Guild Leader of the Guardians of (The Galaxy) Aincrad. Zelrius' brow furrowed a bit in concentration, thought not giving away what he was thinking, The blonde haired boy merely said "Salutations, Lessa." Returning his light blue gaze to the expanse of the misty forest he noticed a slight shine of pink amongst the gloomy trees. Zelrius had guessed it was Mari, Beings she was the only person who had any sort of Pink anything. (Other then Lessa whom wore pink, but she was standing a few feet away.) (OOC Correct me if that statement is wrong and feel free to call me retarded)
Mari 1 Posted December 17, 2014 #5 Share Posted December 17, 2014 A glimmer of pink, and a flash of blonde. That's what Mari saw when she was watching; she wasn't really aware of many other players who dressed themselves in pink - Lessa's armour had a pink luminescence to it. The blonde player, one Mari couldn't recognise glanced up in her direction. Mari grabbed hold of the ledge with one hand, leaning dangerously far over the edge and giving the two a short wave with the other. She wouldn't be able to enter the town, and there was surely no possible way for her to shout out at them. They wouldn't hear her. Mari could go down a platform, and stand just outside the safe zone. Hell, she could easily jump down and sustain a small amount of HP loss - but she had no drive or reason to. Mari got the impression that Lessa didn't like her that much and she couldn't exactly recognize the other player.
