[Shop-F1] Areks Music Ark

Recommended Posts

When a player were to walk into the shop, they might find a room all built towards one key element. Music. The design on the wall was a Blue sound wave travelling throughout the store on all the walls. It covered the black background, which allowed the color to appear and shine a bit more. There was one shelf ready, hand made by the owner himself, which may be why some edges are off and the fact that it was empty was there.

There is also a wooden counter that faces directly at the door that the customers walk in through. The counter is where the owner keeps his items behind in a drawer as well as he crafts his items. He didn't intend to make it the official crafting table. There is a giant amount of sunlight raining down from the windows, giving the room the light needed to see anything.

There was the owner himself, he would be crafting items that are ready to be sold once he makes them. He can normally be caught slacking off from time to time, but he makes sure his work is diligent, otherwise he will not even attempt to cover it, but instead throw it away and keep working on it until a new one is there.

The shop had a lot of space inside, but it needed its items, which is why the owner plans to stock up quickly. The instantly he earned his mats, he began to work on his projects.

Arekkusu was nervous to start off his crafting. He had no special training... or any training at all when it came to crafting. He was just hoping for the best with his crafts. He hoped that the people had the ability to wait on him while he attempted to craft. He held his Violin up and breathed in before he played a song he learned at his school. The Code by Alan Lee Silva, his favorite piece. The recording crystal shined brightly as he played. Was that a good thing? Arekkusu slid down the strings with intensity, then delicacy, returning to intensity eventually.

Finally, the recording crystal glowed so brightly, making it hard to see. Arekkusu slowly reached out his hand towards the glow, then gripped the item. It no longer felt like a diamond crystal... but instead... a Monster Grenade? IT was so perfect! Beautiful! He stared at the Grenade with awe, the first item he ever crafted was a perfect one.

Arekkusu was standing on his counter, trying to hang up a small sign for his customers to see. This was to make sure that pricing is in check, but he plans to make it vary on special days. He had two strings to hold up the wooden sign, the white paint on it explaining his pricing for items.

Arekkusu placed another recording crystal out in front of him. He was going to make his second craft, this time he had high expectations of himself. He wanted to make sure that he got this one to be different from perfect, he needed to start making a variety of items to use. Arekkusu straightened his back, breathed in deep, then brought out his Violin and Violin bow. The piece he planned to play was Classical Reflections, Second Movement. Once the Recording Crystal was activated, Arekkusu slid down the Violin. Sadly, he missed many slurs and scratched a lot. At least he had notes and Dynamics right, but the sound was awful anyways.

"Damn it." Arekkusu said as he looked at the edgy Monster Grenade. He was so disappointed with the result, especially after he did so well the first time.

Arekkusu breathed in, trying to calm himself down. He had another chance and many others after that. All he had to do was be careful, that was it. Arekkusu searched his inventory and summoned another Recording Crystal onto the counter. He had his Violin already, all he had to do was activate the Crystal and start playing. This time, he switched to a different song. Beethoven's Virus by Diana Boscoch. He messed up big time, nothing was right at all... there was no way it could've worked out. In the middle of the song, the Crystal actually shattered into data pieces, flying all over the place, taunting Arekkusu.

"Why..." Arekkusu said with sadness in his voice. At least last time he obtained an item. He played so terribly that the Recording Crystal blew up... this was so embarrassing and heartbreaking.

"All right." Arekkusu said with determination in his voice. He knew he could do it, he could craft very well. He proved it the first time he tried, so he knows he can do it again. All he had to do was play the notes right. He held up his Violin, this time he was repeating the song. His hands were shaking, the first time he tried this, the Crystal blew up right in his face. But he knew the song by heart, so hopefully he can get things together. Arekkusu pulled out another Recording Crystal, then he placed it in front onto the counter. Arekkusu activated the Crystal, then attempt to play Beethoven's Virus again. He played a little bit better, the dynamics were off a bit and Arekkusu lost the tempo completely. But the Crystal didn't shatter into pieces this time. He knew that this was the best he could do for today. He may not have been lucky, but at least he obtained something.

"I think that is enough for the day." Arekkusu said to himself as he yawned. "Maybe I'll have better luck next time."

Well, this is it! Arekkusu no longer felt tired, today was a new day to craft items and hopefully do better than what he had done yesterday. He reached for his Violin from his inventory and got the bow. He readied them both and then got out the Recording Crystal. Arekkusu placed the Crystal on the counter, then he activated the beautiful jewel. He then played a song, retrying Classical Reflections, Second Movement. The notes were pretty far off than the true intention of the song, but just about everything else was just about fine. The crystal then appeared in front of Arekkusu, edgy as usual, but he was no longer surprised. Two times this had happened, why not a fourth?

"I guess I'll have to try again." Arekkusu stated as he put up the Monster Grenade onto the shelf, it was beginning to grow, but it still seemed a bit too small. But he still had chances left to do something about that.

"You got this Arekkusu." Arekkusu said to himself, nowhere near confident he could. But it still made him feel better anyways. Arekkusu had his Violin placed on the counter while he searched for another Recording Crystal. It took a while longer than he expected to find it, but he finally pulled out one more Recording Crystal for him to... record. He placed up his Violin, trying out the piece he tried playing last time, Classical Reflections, Movement 3. Arekkusu lost everything though... he was still too shaky. Why!? Why couldn't he do it right!? Arekkusu knew that the Crystal had a better chance as a jewel than a Grenade, so he stopped his playing right there. It shattered into many data pieces, but Arekkusu saw it coming. Things weren't looking up to Arekkusu at all.

One more time... just one more time. Arekkusu knew he could do it... though he didn't feel it. Still, it was nice knowing that he had himself for support. He had a Perfect Grenade on the shelf, it was possible for him to strive. He had a chance, if he is going to take it will determine if he will or will not succeed. How badly did he want it? Very badly is what he thinks, so he must keep fighting for at least a good item. This was his chance to do just that. He got his next Crystal out, and for some reason he felt that the same song would do him any better than the last time he tried it. This time, he actually did a decent job, the Dynamics were a bit off and so was the Tempo, but everything else was working out very well. The piece ended and the Crystal shined a little bit, revealing itself to be a Monster Grenade that was a little bit more than just average. He felt satisfied with his work. He closed his inventory, he was a bit exhausted from the crafting.

Arekkusu held once again stood behind the counter, ready to start crafting. Today, he had a special feeling, a good vibe in him that this crafting day was going to work out so well. He pulled out his Violin and then his bow, he was ready to Craft some shattered Recording Crystals... I mean Monster Grenades. He played his Recording Crystal on the counter and looked at his music. He needed new songs, but for the while, he was willing to comply with his own music for now. It certainly beats having a sample song or Hot Cross Buns. Arekkusu played, The Code by Alan Lee Silva. He slid down the notes fine, the slurs weren't too bad either. Dynamics he missed, but sometimes he hit it. For the most part, the song was good, and the Crystal thought so too. It ended up looking good, which was... good.

Arekkusu was happy with his first result, but felt like he could do something more with his mats. He wanted to make sure that all his works were for the customers satisfaction, not for his profit. Sure Col was nice, but he wanted to help others. However, he needed to make sure that people were working for their items, not just thinking he would give out items for free. That would make the workload on Arekkusu way too heavy. Arekkusu put up his Violin. This time, he planned to play Classical Reflections, First Movement. The he got his Recording Crystal, then starting playing the Violin. It actually worked out well, Arekkusu struck the song with intensity, perfection. He missed nothing at all, he did it!!!

Arekkusu looked at the store once more, he finally finished the remodeling. No longer did he have to call it incomplete.

You see a few lights hanging from above the store, shining onto every single corner of the room. If you look onto the left, you see six small shelfs made, four of them with items inside. One shelf was for instruments, One was for tools and music books, One was for Regular Monster Grenades, One was for Good Monster Grenades, One was for Rare Monster Grenades, and One was for Perfect Monster Grenades. There were plenty of windows on the sides of the shop as well, no longer were they the main source of light. There was an area in which a crafting table was built, no longer was it the counter that the grenades were being made on. The counter itself was painted to fit the scenery of the shop, blue waves on it with a black background. The hanging sign was even modified to look a bit better, and the prices were somewhat different.

Good Monster Grenade 150 Col

Rare Monster Grenade 300 Col

Perfect Monster Grenade 700 Col

And then there was the shop owner himself, working on his shop as usual. He felt a lot more prepared now as a craftsman, and his shop certainly improved since the first time he built it. The top area hasn't been messed with yet, but that will soon change. The shop most certainly changed, and now it was time to relieved the shop of its chains.
