How are you classified as a PKer? How will others know if you're a PKer? What does it mean when you won't be included? How can you kill someone? Won't you be prevented?

A PKer is someone who kills another player, be it another account or a NPC PLAYER ; others will instantly know you are a PKer because you will have a orange/red player icon instead of green. So in the RP they can see that you are a PKer.

'You won't be included'

Means that for some time you cannot enter towns or safe zones. Other people also may not want to Rp with a Pker who may attack them;
You can be prevented from killing someone in a variety of ways.

The only way to not be attacked by a Pker is simple, do not accept matches from them, don't attack them, as both parties must be willing to be attack each other.

Yup although if you are a pker you can be attacked any time without permission and it can be to the death

It's a drawback of being a pker

And if a pker tries to fight you and you draw your weapon that counts as 'permission' as you willingly drew a blade against one
