Shark 0 Posted January 12, 2014 #41 Share Posted January 12, 2014 They are YOUR familiar. You have the control over what they do and don't do. Just try to keep it fair and don't go overboard and be too OP.
Erroneous 0 Posted January 13, 2014 #42 Share Posted January 13, 2014 can we get other players to play the familiar for us when we summon them? At first I thought you meant another person create an account to be the familiar which wouldn't work as the accounts are tailored towards players not creatures. They are YOUR familiar. You have the control over what they do and don't do. Just try to keep it fair and don't go overboard and be too OP. But I like the way Shark worded that so that's that! RyujinSeaLord 0 Posted February 3, 2014 #43 Share Posted February 3, 2014 Now what about health for the beast....i was thinking maybe if you gave it half of the players health rounded down, so maybe if you have 21 health it has 10 health or something like that
Shark 0 Posted February 4, 2014 #44 Share Posted February 4, 2014 I think its fine if we just do the players level x2 -1. Chances are that you get your familiar at a low level and then it levels with you so it is just a bit behind the player in level therefore has slightly lower HP.
Zauis 0 Posted March 3, 2014 #45 Share Posted March 3, 2014 I'm gonna agree with my dude Shark! It'll be easier if the health was did that way so it wouldn't be as hard to keep up with the health and that way you'd actually understand and be able to calculate the health instead if just assuming it's health is half of yours and blah blah. Since it'll be your level times 2 and minus 1. Here's an example: Kirito: I'm level 20 and I have 43 health. Meaning my familiar has: Familiar: If Kirito's health is 43 then the familiars health is 39. It's a pretty fair system and it keeps everything organized. Just my opinion tho. Not really a familiar kinda guy. ^^
Rage 0 Posted March 7, 2014 #46 Share Posted March 7, 2014 I agree with shark-san's idea, it's simple and I guess sorta easy to remember but then again nothings hard to remember if you put effort into it right?
Ethereal 0 Posted May 31, 2014 #47 Share Posted May 31, 2014 I got a bit carried away with my familiar, so I'm resetting its ability. ABILITY: Death Omen EFFECTS: The turn after this ability is used, damage by the owner is x2. Causes the familiar to be unable to attack for 2 turns and it's owner to be unable to attack the turn after if he hits the target.
