[SP-F1] An Intense First Battle (COMPLETE)

Recommended Posts

Kino walks out of the walls of the Starting City, making his way towards the grassy plains. From his distance, two female players are farming materials, killing as many boars as they could. He looks around the area, it seemed so real, yet virtual. This will be the highlight of his life. He feels better here, rather than facing the pressures of life in reality. Governmental corruptions, terrorism, people who proved themselves to be stupid at doing things, the world is practically turning to trash. He lost faith in humanity every now and then.

Brushing off these thoughts, he walks along the fields, thinking of possible amounts of loot and gold that he would obtain. He draws out his arming sword as he makes his way towards a field inhabited by boars and wolves, both seemingly powerful for a newbie.

He is ready to make his first kills.

Arriving at his destination point, Kino sees a variety of boars gazing at the grass. Although he would go berserk for the kill, he decides against so, for this would cause him to lose his health quickly. His red eyes scanned across the area, looking for a solitary boar of wolf to kill.

The searching produces no results so far, however, as he ventures through the field carefully, he notices a master-class boar, grazing the grass. Its size is a little bigger than the other boars he saw, and a bigger size would mean more meat for Kino, if it is lucky enough to drop loot. As soon as the boar finish grazing, its head turns towards his direction, it snorts angrily as it arms its tusks towards Kino. The battle commences as both stood in their battle stance at their positions.

He grips his sword, the blade pointing at the boar. The boar stares deep into his pool of eyes as it is ready to charge and ram towards him with its weapon.

As he lifts up his weapon, the boar runs towards him, pointing its dangerous tusks towards the player. Immediately, he takes one big step and slashes the boar's side, it took damage from the blade as its tusks narrowly miss his body. It turns around, snorting angrily as it prepares to charge again. Kino prepares to swing his sword as he is ready for the next attack.

Unbelievably, the animal's tusks actually manage to severe Kino's body, he is horrified that his HP decreases in 2 points. No, he must not give up. He knows that he is going to win, however, he is pissed at the boar for hitting him. He grips the handle of his sword, the battle becomes intense as both him and the boar run towards each other, swinging their weapons to deal damages.

Kino grunts in pain as the boar abruptly swings his tusks to the left, hitting his body upwards. Seeing that his health is at a critical state, his berserker personality is growing as he desperately needs to win. The boar snorted and makes no hesitation as it shakes its head and charges wildly towards Kino, tusks pointing upwards. Kino's eyes are widening at the direction of the mob.

The monster inside him awakens. Kino charges his weapon and as the boar's tusk is about to reach him, he quickly dodges and stabs its bottom, dealing a critical hit to the animal. It made a squealing sound as the blade goes deeper into its rum, before being withdrawn back out from its flesh. Again, Kino makes his attack to the boar, which immediately responds his assault.

Both sides miss their attacks, as Kino attempted to dodge while swinging his sword. The boar soon becomes tired of trying to attack the player, it becomes a little limp at trying to swing its huge tusks.

Kino sees this as an opportunity to finish the boar. He grits his teeth angrily as his weapon charges up intensely, its blade glows red in color. The boar makes one more, brutal charge towards Kino, if he doesn't dodge in time he would be dead. He prepares for the first kill.

The boar does not realize that Kino evades its tusks and with a yell of rage, he slams his arming sword into the neck, killing it instantly as it severe the veins and quickly chops its head off. The animal's headless body trots slowly before falling towards the ground. Kino pants as he looks over its corpse, blood spilling out from its contents. He approaches the body and starts gutting the animal. As soon as he did, a message tells him that he obtains 3 Boar Meat. He smiles delightfully as he gets what he wanted.

He stores the Boar Meat into his inventory, he decides to leave as his health is low. Sheathing his sword, he looks around for any more boars that might be waiting to ambush him, slowly sneaking away from a certain herd. After several attempts of sneaking away, he finally finds his distance far enough from the boars.

As he walks back towards the Starting City, something stops in his tracks as he stands in front of the wall from a distance. A strange presence causes him to feel uncomfortable as he slowly turns around. What he sees, though, is something monstrous, something that is stuck in his childhood memories ever since then.

He remains silent as he focuses on the figure, it turns out to be his imaginary friend, Frank.
