Shinex 0 Posted February 12, 2015 #1 Share Posted February 12, 2015 Okay, so this question could be something that I could have answered with common sense, but I just wanted to make sure. So, when I'm taming a familiar, does it has to be the EXACT FIFTEENTH post, or do I just have fifteen posts and I just have the ability to try once?
Azide 0 Posted February 12, 2015 #2 Share Posted February 12, 2015 I asked for clarification on this question, and what I was told was that it's exactly every fifteen posts in the topic, just to ensure that each roll is truly random. I'm assuming this is supposed to play into Beast Tamers being pretty rare in the canon. So in the span of two pages, you'd have chances on posts 15 and 30, although you could probably try again at 45 if you want to continue to page three.
Baldur 0 Posted February 12, 2015 #3 Share Posted February 12, 2015 Correct, the roll you post on #15 or #30 is the deciding factor.
Shinex 0 Posted February 12, 2015 Author #4 Share Posted February 12, 2015 Alright thanks. Looks like it actually is harder than I thought. It's hard enough to get a mob with an enhancement.
Tyger 0 Posted February 12, 2015 #5 Share Posted February 12, 2015 another thing to add, it is best to link the roll to the exact post. That way, it is totally and completely random, and there is no way to cheat the dice this time, as people have tried to already.
Ariel - The Crowned Lion 0 Posted February 13, 2015 #6 Share Posted February 13, 2015 like Ariel does with every posts since she got warned for not putting links in the rolls:))
