» About: History/Personality
Nick is a friendly, charming, and incredibly handsome guy. Coming from a very wealthy family, he never really hard to work for anything in life, things were typically just given to him. The greatest trait that he had, was his ability to make acquaintances with anyone. There was never uncommon ground with him, and he would often be seen shaking hands with the kids who get beat up. As a result of his popularity and wealth, he never had to work, he would party night and day with his friends, and it was not uncommon to be with a new girl every night. School also came relatively easy.. when he showed up.  Being so well regarded, it resulted in him being very narcissistic. 

 

The interesting thing is, despite his wonderful outward personality, he would come home and seclude him self in his room. His father and mother are both very important figures at a well known insurance company. The issue wasn't the time they had to dedicate to him, in fact, they often craved his attention. The issue was him. To Nick, life is a giant chess board. Each person has their roles, but if you know how to manipulate your opponent, you essentially control all the pieces on the board. He wasn't always so well versed with people, he would read war strategy books, memos, and plans in the little free time that he had. Because of this, he doesn't struggle much with getting people to bend to his will. The irony of it all, people would be envious of this life, but he hates it.

 

When Nick logged into SAO, It instantly consumed him and redefined who he was. Nick never hesitates to bend his personality to the setting around him, his wellbeing is his first priority. Wealth and popularity will never be a concern of his. He aspires to be the most powerful player, and through lying, deceit, and pure willpower, he may just do it.

» Virtues:
Discipline - having a huge background of reading and practicing strategy, he doesn't struggle with getting tasks done. He knows what needs to get done, and is very efficient at prioritizing. When his heart is set on something, he will complete it or die trying.
Tactical - Nick is a brilliant tactician, it's incredibly hard to get a one up on him, because most scenarios that will occur have already been processed in his mind. While this sounds like an incredible strength, it poses a serious concern because he has entirely too much faith in him self. 

Intelligent - he's a brilliant person, very well read, and places large value on bettering his intelligence each day. Conversation proves to be that much more important to him, because each conversation and experience provides more insight.
» Flaws:
Narcissistic - Nick knows how great he is, so he really doesn't spend much time inflating other peoples egos because he truly believes he is better than every single other person.
Temperamental - when things don't go Nick's way, he freaks out. While his anger and frustration with the world may not always be evident outside of his mind, it can really affect his tactics and friendships.
Strength -  having placed so much value on his intelligence and partying, he was never able to get very powerful. He spends most of his time finding ways to get people to fight for him, before he steps up to fight himself.
