Ariel - The Crowned Lion 0 Posted February 21, 2015 #1 Share Posted February 21, 2015 Hey I was wondering, if as a Mentor Tailor can I accept apprentices that can craft in my shop until they start their own shop? Also I was thinking something like applying this as a rule for example: a new player wants to become (random job), if he decided to be mentored by another player instead of a NPC, the player can't open his/her shop until he/she achieves rank 2 or 3 in his job while practising in his/her mentor's shop. Just an idea that popped up in my head while thinking of the first question. @Baldur....W.I.P I'm open to suggestions, just wanted to give the experience a more..real feeling.(if that makes sense)
Baldur 0 Posted February 21, 2015 #2 Share Posted February 21, 2015 I'm just curious, how does this benefit the apprentice vs just doing the SP?
Aaphi 0 Posted February 22, 2015 #3 Share Posted February 22, 2015 Perhaps taking on a player mentor could add to the experience one gains from each job in the formative period (levels 1-3), making the rise in levels a little less time consuming?
Mari 1 Posted February 22, 2015 #4 Share Posted February 22, 2015 You can only craft in your own shop. You cannot craft in other places. The Earning a Living Quest is available as a SP or PP so you can get another player to help you with that quest as a 'mentor' other than that, there is no crafting in each others shops -Topic Locked-
