They hugged and had a nice, sappy embrace while Tyger stood off to the side. Icarus seemed sad to watch the boy go. The more people he could infect with his sooty marks the better, right? After the mother finished kissing the boy and hugging him, she stood and turned to Tyger. "I just can't thank you enough for helping my boy. Here, it's all I have, but you're welcome to it. No price will ever come close to having my baby boy back home." Tyger nodded, smiled, and took the gift without protest. "No problem. And next time, try playing somewhere a bit closer to home, where it's safe." Icarus looked over at her with an amused look. As if to say, 'Look at you playing the crossguard superhero.' To which Tyger only smiled and shook her head, turning to walk back towards the floor portal to get home and buy that stupid skill. Link to post Share on other sites
