T1 Rapier | +1 Damage +2 Freeze -------- Full disclosure, I do want to change it to a Rapier so I can give it to a friend making a character; if this isn't ok that's fine, Keep it as a dagger and I'll let it sit in my inventory for someone else who may be a dagger user in the future.
