Jacob watched as Date attacked. Date missed the attack. Rusty attacked as well and stabbed it on the eye. Rusty jumped back before he took damage. Jacob started to ran forward but the thing slammed him into the ground. "Tec...Tec," from the hit to the ground. It punched at him again this time Jacob jumped on the arm and propelled himself to its chest. Jacob stabbed its chest. Jacob put his feet on its body and pushed himself away from the golem.

Rusty and the boy followed up with attacks of their own. The both connected and dealt enough damage to erase a fifth of the creature's HP. Well now I definitely have to land a blow. I can't very well become a Samurai without battle experience. Date raised his blade and lunged at the Mob. It still seemed to be staggering from the little kid's backflip off of it. This left it vulnerable to a frontal assault. He quickly closed the distance and sank his blade just below the Golem's would-be heart. Extracting the weapon, he jumped back and nodded to Rusty to make his move.

 

Turning to the boy he inquired, "So what's your name young one?"

Staying quiet, Rusty ran up for his turn to fight. This boss wasn't something to fool around him. Worried that he could die, he stepped backwards to end up looking at the menancing eyes of the golem. He had seen these eyes somewhere before, but he couldn't tell. The eyes fascinated in a horrid sense until the cold, hard slap of reality brought him back. The Golem had picked him up and was staring back with what seemed to be the same fascination. Then it proceeded to smash Rusty over and over again on the rocky ground before throwing him on the ground towards his teammates.

Jacob watched as Date attacked slicing into where the monsters would be heart. Date jumped back over here and nodded to Rusty. Rusty attacked and the golem grabbed him and smashed him into the ground a couple of times. An arrow of panic hit Jacob. What if he died? Jacob grabbed his blade and advanced. The golem threw Rusty back to Date and Jacob's blade charged up. Jacob jumped and wall jumped up its chest to its face. Jacob slashed and stabbed the enormous face that he was on. The golem threw Jacob at the ground to get him off his face, then he punched Jacob who barely moved out of the way.Your turn, and its Jacob.

"Nice to meet you Jacob," Date responded as he watched Rusty get hurled into the ground. He rushed to the player and checked to see if he is alright. "You still able to fight?" Just then Jacob had landed his strike on the creature only to also be hurled to the floor. "Jacob!!" Date stood up and brandished his blade. He focused his sights on the enormous Golem. The hulking figure roared and beat it's chest. The sound of rocks grinding filled the air. Stepping back, Date inhaled deeply before lunging forward and swinging his blade in a horizontal arc. The edge shattered the stone it slammed into causing the golem to stagger even further back.

 

Date stood between the mob and his fallen comrades. "Well get up already, this thing isn't gonna wait for us all day." Date smirked. He was finally beginning to feel the thrill of the fight. Let's keep the momentum going. The minute we slow down or relax, is when it'll be fatal to us most.

Getting up from his beat down via stone, Rusty composed himself. He had lost himself in something that he had forgot. Not wanting to dwell on it very much, he ran at the golem. Even though he was focused, his coordination was still off and his vision a little blurry. This didn't stop him from dodging the attacks by the rocky creature. Rusty barely missed the arm of the creature as it swung past the top of the head when he ducked. Rusty immediately aimed and swung at the creature, but he missed his target. Running back to avoid damage, he nodded at Jaxob so that he would go.

Jacob watched as Date jumped up and attacked the golem. Date held his ground strongly. Rusty quickly got up and attacked. The thing attacked him and missed. Then Rusty attacked and missed as well. Jacob took his turn sprinting at the beast. He jumped up stabbed the golem which caused it to stumble back, arms flailing. Then one of the flailing arms hit him and Jacob was crushed, stuck under the hand.

Date watched as Rusty and Jacob took their swings at the mob. Rusty narrowly avoided some heavy swings from the Golem, however he also narrowly missed the creature on his attack. Jacob dealt a nice clean hit to it but was caught in a random flailing arm, resulting in him being smashed into the mountain top. He seemed to be alright after being knocked into the ground by the Mob though.

 

Date snapped from spectating to acting and rushed the rocky figure. I may not deal a ton of damage, but anything is better than nothing. Swinging his blade, he cleaved the arm that was pinning Jacob down and smiled as Jacob was released from its clutches. Offering him a hand, Date asked Jacob if he was alright.
