Except in this care you're wrong. If a GM says it, that does make it true. The GMs are the ones who make the rules.

You asked if it let you go over the cap. Staff answered no.

The only person who can override Mari is Oske, the Head GM (Mari is Head PST).

So there's your answer.

U do realize that Mari said she "thinks" that's how it works. That does not make it law. And further more she referred oske because there is a chance she is wrong

Also any gm can override what Mari given Mari is wrong or if the collective group of gms agree to change the rules. The real gods on the site are admins like erron. His word is law. And the reason I made my statement is because I ran into a the same issue when I played this game before. Given a lot had changed so I could be wrong. But in my last encounter with this I was told by a gm that the gear stat can up it pass max.

Also (not saying Mari is making a mistake ) but people can be wrong, or give out bad information because they are human. Gm included.
