So how do bounties work? From what I understand when a person doesn't like someone who's usually a PKer a bounty is put up and they are "hunted down" what I'm getting at here is does a bounty slightly change the rules of the site? Like if someone has a bounty on there head let's say there a PKer. If they don't decide to go into an OP or fight a bounty hunter in a PP are they just safe or is there some kind of system to prevent them from doing so?

I believe bounties just serve as an in-character reason to get other people to want your target dead, and don't alter the rules of the system. For example, if your character only ever did SP's from then on, people wouldn't be allowed to suddenly invade them.

Well, if Anyone who is Orange, You do not need permission to attack. So they cannot avoid a battle In PP, But it is their choice to avoid OPs nothing we can do about that.

There is no rule regarding bounties

You become a pker on site and you void any 'safety' you once had that omnus is on you

If you have a bounty on your head best not join OPs
