Story of Seasons

Hi all! Is anyone here a fan of Harvest Moon games? Story of Seasons is the next Harvest Moon game, even if it doesn't have the "Harvest Moon" title due to Xseed and Natsume splitting it. I started playing it.. and it's amazing! I love it  :D

Took me a while to get accustomed to the shipping and limited seeds option. Just about to start summer 1, year 1. Spring was a lot of learning pains, getting accustomed to how the game works.

Also, Didn't buy The Lost Valley, but I heard it outright sucks.

Oh! I love Harvest Moon, though I only discovered it on Gamecube. Later on I found Runefactory for Wii in a library (because you can borrow games from there now.) and figured out I enjoyed that series a touuuuch more, but Harvest Moon is fun too!

I highly recommend Story of Seasons.. and The Lost Valley does suck >.< it's so bad. Basically Natsume kept the Harvest Moon name but the good game concepts and ideas went wit Xseed, so the best games in the future will not be called Harvest Moon :D

 

I love the dynamics of it, but it is a lot of learning. I've been using the Ushi No Tane forums to help me.

Hmmm. I will have to look into it after I get my next pay! I already did everything to do in Runefactory 4, so maybe this will help fill the empty void in my soul that is a love for harvest moon games. If I look too deep into it now, I sense I might do something drastic, if past experience with the games prove anything!

Haha yeah I bought it on a whim the day it came out. Totally worth it!
