» About: Kenji Aro in real life was a massive gaming addict. Partially due to his confinement to a wheelchair from birth, he has taken to gaming as a form of escape from that boring reality. Being paraplegic, he began to despise real life. Video games soon became his life. All he sought to do was play video games, and eventually any game he played soon became second nature to him. He could easily adapt to whatever he played and began to lose track of his life due to it.

 

Despite this, Kenji is considered a kind person on the outside, if not a little spiteful of others on the inside. He sees video games as a way to prove himself to others that he can be superior at something. He has only the goal of surpassing all others at whichever games interest him. This brought him to buy the smash hit game of Sword Art Online. The rest, as they say, is history.

» Virtues:

Determined: Hyrugen is a determined individual. He won't give up easily on a fight.

Knowledgeable: Hyrugen strives to learn as much possible about any game he plays, thus his knowledge of SAO is constantly growing.

Charismatic: Hyrugen gives off the aura of a natural born leader. One who inspires confidence in those around him in crucial moments. May use them as particularly effective meat shields.

» Flaws:

Arrogant: Hyrugen is arrogant to the point of absurdity. He will oftentimes charge into things he may not be prepared for.

Untrustworthy: Hyrugen's loyalties are fickle. He never really stays loyal to any one person or group for very long. He goes wherever the most benefit is gained.

Judgmental: Hyrugen judges the people he meets harshly and without remorse. He may say things that would not find the approval of those around him.
