Improvisation: He can come up with plans on the spot that could be either brilliant, terrible or downright insane.

» Flaws:

Insanity: Completely insane. He could kill you, your entire family, and not give a censored about it the next morning. Instead he would wake up, have a beer and continue business as usual.

Untrustworthy: His loyalties are to himself. He will slit your throat for a Klondike bar if he so desired.

Violent: Subject to extreme outbursts of violence at random intervals. "Blind rage" so to speak. This can lead him off course at times and to become extremely reckless.
