Rebekah 0 Posted August 30, 2015 Author #61 Share Posted August 30, 2015 (edited) That sucked. She had missed her attack and was attacked by the broker in the exact same sequence. She needed to clear her mind and go back to what was working from before, as Rebekah was starting to lose control of the entire situation. It was a big problem for her as slight changes in momentum in a battle affect her a lot, and this was one of the reasons why she was not good at battles, even though she was a top player. When her speed could not create any more advantages for her, that was when she starts to struggle under the pressure. This was going to be a big problem for her moving forward, as she was not strong enough to do much about this. As she thought about what to do, she decided to lunge forward with a simple strike, as it was time to get back to basics for the girl.ID=29526BD=3+3=6CD=10 (+1 HP)Rebekah 29/65Mysterious Broker 8/75 Edited August 30, 2015 by Rebekah
Rebekah 0 Posted September 1, 2015 Author #62 Share Posted September 1, 2015 (edited) That strike had left the broker down to about a tenth of its health left. However, it could start to see the writing on the wall, knowing that one more hit would do it unless he manages to get a timely heal to finish the rest of this battle. It was the type of thing that would be its last chance in this battle. It had tried to change its attack pattern but nothing was working the entire time, so it knew this was it. As it waited for the perfect moment to strike, it knew that paralyzing was the only way left, as it could not trade strikes that easily. It had struck her but not the paralyze that it had wanted, which sucked, as it was so close but failed to capitalize on its only win condition.ID=29750Mob=8-2=6CD=3Rebekah 26/65Mysterious Broker 8/75 Edited September 1, 2015 by Rebekah
Rebekah 0 Posted September 1, 2015 Author #63 Share Posted September 1, 2015 (edited) Rebekah knew that the broker was going to charge at her in order to finish the battle, so she knew that no matter what happened, she would have a relatively free strike, as long as she was not afraid of losing a few health points for this move. It was something that she had tried before in battle, albeit a bit risky for a lot of players, but she was willing to do what it takes in order to finish the battle, and that includes taking free damage in exchange for landing a single hit. Usually the strike would have to be very significant for her to use it but she knew that sometimes it was necessary, and often something that she would do. As she charged, she knew what to do and struck the broker right away in order to kill it, thus ending the battle.ID=29752BD=4+3=7CD=10 (+1 hp)LD=20+1=21Rebekah 27/65Mysterious Broker 0/751 + 1 bonus mat = 2 mat75*5=375 bonus col Edited September 1, 2015 by Rebekah
Rebekah 0 Posted September 1, 2015 Author #64 Share Posted September 1, 2015 As Rebekah stood there taking a break, she finally knew this long and exhausting quest was finally over. It was tough grind to fight all these monsters but now she can turn her attention to another set of monsters as she trained in preparation for the next floor raid, whenever it were to happen. In the meantime, she was going to look to get stronger, and she took a look at the item that she had obtained as a result of this quest, the banner of support. That was an interesting item that she was going to save for boss raids, and only when needed as it was going to cost her 750 col for each use, but would heal a large number of health for everyone who was in danger at the next battle. Now, the only thing on her mind was to have a long bubble bath and sleep until she decides what to do next.Quest Complete:2 completed pages = 800 col,1 + 1 (Quest) = 2 Skill Points5 mats, 1175 bonus col from monstersBanner of Support
