Jomei's eyes widened. "A chest?" He stood up, "Huh.. didnt think we'd find one of those here." 

He watched as Zandra hurried up to the chest and smiled.

When she opened the chest, she was knocked backwards. His eyes widened in shock. W..What the hell?!

"Zandra!" He quickly ran to her body which was being knocked backwards, and dropped to the ground to catch her in his arms before she hit the ground. When he saw that she was alright, he let out a big sigh of relief and helped her up. 

She ran back over and got the contents out of the chest and ran back to him to show him. "Thats awesome!" He said with a smile.

"I wonder if theres anything else.." He hurried over to the chest, but before he could check, it vanished in a flash of data. He slouched over. "Awe man.."

''Well, at least I now know its just not a rumor. I had very hard to believe in things like this. But now I have proof that it realy exist.'' she looking at Jomei, was a little proud that she could spot the chest before him. Must be because of her useful skill, search and detect. It have realy  helped her in alot of times when she was gathering materials. She planned on rank it up in the future, and who knows, maybe she gonna be a grandmaster on it some day. ''But you didnt got to get something from it? Thats a pity. You can have the Col if you want. Im in need of materials at the moment so I would like to kepp that.'' she opened a transaction panel to be ready if Jomei wanted the Col.

Jomei put his hand up and shook his head. "You found it, you keep what you got. I really don't need it." He walked up to her and swiped his hand through her hud. It really didnt do anything since his hand went right through it, but it was his way of telling her not to send it to him. He bent his back slightly so he could be eye level with her. He gave her a teasing grin and a wink, while pointing to his chest with his thumb. "Next treasure chest we find though is mine." He chuckled.

She looked at Jomei, then at her screen, and back at Jomei. ''Yeah your right, 20 Col is almost nothing anyway.'' she closed the screen so she could see the world clearly again without something hanging in the air disturbing her. ''You say the next treasure chest we find is yours? That means you would want to go adventuring with me again sometime?'' she looked at him, not showing any feelings or reactions to the comment at all.

Jomei stood up straight and crossed his arms. "Of course I would." He gave her a sincere smile. "Why would I not want to." He uncrossed his arms and put one hand on her head. He looked at her and raised one eyebrow with a mischievous grin. "That is, as long as I don't have to carry you and save your ass the whole time." He laughed, he was teasing her obviously.

She 'accidentaly' kicked him hard on the shin. ''Oh my, how did it go? Im sooo sorry. It was compleeetly only an accident.'' she looked like when you pretend to take care of someone that actually isnt hurt. Thou she kicked harder then she intended to do. Hoping it didnt hurted to much. ''It seems Im gonna be the one carry you around.'' she pulled his left arm over her shoulders like when you helping someone with a broken leg to stand up. There he got for teasing her. Thou she actually liked it, both that he was teasing her but also when she kicked him, it wasnt on accident but it was meant like a joke.

Jomei let out a light grunt when she kicked him in the shin. He noticed his HP bar drop a tiny bit "Oww! What'd you do that for?!" He fell to his knee and put his hand on his shin. She had kicked him a lot harder than a usual joke kick. She tried to help him up by putting his arm over her shoulder, but being the height difference they had, he was just standing up regularly. He pulled his arm back as he walked back towards the chairs, with a limp, and his arms crossed. "Hmph. Now you really do lose music privileges." 

As she made her reply, he looked over his shoulder, with one eye open and a smirk on his face.

First she got a worried face-expression when he said less music. Quickly she opened up her inventory. She picked out one of her juices. ''Here, drink this.'' she held the bottle opening at his lips. ''Im realy sorry, seriously. It wasnt meant to kick you so hard. Does it hurt alot?'' When he grabbed the bottle with his hand she squatted down and started massaging the area on the leg where she kicked him. She had herd it would hurt more at the start if you touched it. But the pain would disapear quicker if you massaged it.

He pushed the bottle back into her hands. "Z-Zandra its fine." He chuckled. "Ive been stabbed, almost eaten by a shark, and thrown off a cliff. A small kick like that I'm not worried about." Yeah, the kick had hurt, but like he said, he's been through a ton worse. It was things like that, just a small kick, that reminded him he was alive in this world. He crouched down to meet her where she was trying to massage his leg. "Thank you though."

''Ehm... So you not want my juice? Didnt you liked it? If you think its gonna cost me something your wrong, the juices are almost free at my shop, Ive got tons of them. If a potion didnt turns out good, it mostly works as juice. And even if you have been thru worse, dosent mean you cant add some luxury when beeing merely hurt compared to those times. Right?'' she pushed back the bottle in Jomeis hands. Before he could refuse and give it back she had turned around and started to put away the chairs in her inventory. After all the grass was much softer. She took a bottle of sake and a slise of pie, then walked down to the lake, removing her boots and started eating the pie while having her feets in the water.

Jomei was forced to take the bottle. He thought it was a health potion she was just giving away, so thats why he refused at first. "Thank you." He smiled. He sipped from the bottle as Zandra walked behind him to put the chairs away. Jomei watched her as she walked by and unequipped her boots and stood in the water. He smiled lightly and had a strange feeling in his stomach.

Zandra stood in the water, enjoying the warmth from the lowering sun in her face and cold from the water. She took a chew of the blueberry pie, it tasted good. Then she drank some sake. It felt good when it ran down thru her troath. Like on order it started to blow a small lovely breeze. This was lovely. She was almost a little happy Axios had died. Almost. Otherwise she would never have met Jomei and spent these two days in his company. Of course she wouldnt hesitate to choose him coming back to life instead of two days of happiness, even if it was Jomei. But you shouldnt be to concentrated on the bad stuffs, try to see good and positive things in this death game.

Jomei stood up from his seat in the grass. He slowly walked from where he was sitting to stand next to Zandra in the water. As he walked, he opened up his inventory and unequipped his own boots. When he first stepped in the water, it was cool, but he did not mind it. It made the scene all the more relaxing. As he stood next to Zandra, a light breeze tousled their hair, his coat gently flowing behind him. He put a hand on Zandra's shoulder and smiled at her. "This is.. really something." His words spoke through a sigh of relaxation. Jomei let out a light chuckle "We should come here more often."

"Yeah, it is." she answered him, still looking out over the water. Then said they sould come here more often. "And thats trues as well." She took another piece of the pie and drank some sake. She deleted the rest of the pie and sake. Then she turned to Jomei. She looked at him and he on her. The breeze was blowing in their hair and shirt. She smiled at him with both moth and eyes. Then she took a step forward. She putted her hands around him. Not like before when she was a cry-baby, nor to be lovey-dovey. She wanted him to feel like she liked him very much in a way words or handshakes cant describe. Even if Axios was the first person she knew in this game, Jomei is her first friend.

Jomei let out a sigh of relief and smiled. As she wrapped her arms around his side, he put one arm around her to return the hug. After their embrace he turned around to look at the open field behind him. He scratched the back of his head and turned his torso back to Zandra. "Hey.. I'm sorry that this didnt really... turn out as planned, and that it was only us. I know you had bigger plans to remember Axios.. But I'm sure he's also happy with this." He grinned. "Hm..." He scratched at the hairs on his chin. With a flick of his hand, his hud popped open in front of him. He moved his fingers around, opening up his inventory. As he scrolled through his items, he stepped out of the water towards the tree where they had found the treasure chest. As he stepped onto the beach, he re-equipped his boots, but he still scrolled through his inventory. "I know from when I first met Axios, I noticed his weapon of choice. A dagger , just like yours." He finally stopped scrolling and pressed on an item. In his hands appeared a Basic Dagger. "I got this from a loot drop here on the first floor.. Now, I know I can't use this, because Im Rapier focused.." He flipped it in his hand and threw it down at the base of the tree, the tip of its blade dug into the dirt. "So here, now we have a little memorial to remember him." He turned back to her and smiled.

((I know its a tad OP, but since its not being used for a real purpose I thought it was okay.))

Zandra saw Jomei placing the dagger."darn it, I dont have anything myself to give."she mumbled quitely to herself. She looked around to hopefully see something poping out of the ground. Then she remembered that she also had a dagger. She walked to the tree while she equipped her dagger. When she resched the she sat down on her knees and started write letters in the bark. She sat with her back covering what she was doing so Jomei couldnt see it. After five minutes she rose and took a few steps back. Looking st what she just wrote. On the tree you could read:

'Here rest Axios. He was a kind person. Even if I didnt knew him long, he was one of the good people. He could spread safty even in this death game

R.I.P Axios

She looked at Jomei"I dont know how you do on Ireland, but in Sweden we have a 'quiet minute' when someone have died. We just keep completly quiet in one minute and thinking about that person. I would like you to do the same now. Please." She had and was totaly serious, but also had a kindly tone in her voice. She turned her head away from him, looking straigth forward. Her chin high.

Jomei watched as she carved the letters into the tree. Once she took a few steps away, he was able to see what she had wrote on the bark. He smiled. When she mentioned having a moment of silence, he nodded. "Okay" He walked up beside her, and lowered his head. He was facing towards the dagger on the ground, but his eyes were closed. 

After a minute had passed, he opened up his eyes and let out a sigh. He stepped away from the tree into the open field behind them.

He turned back to face her. "I think it may be time to finish up this ceremony, what do you think?" He walked back towards her a couple of steps slowly.

"Actually, I was gonna say the same thing. I thought it would be good to finish it whit the silent minute." she looked at Jomei. It have realy been a long day. She imagined how nice and cosy it would be tonight when she was gonna lay down in a bed and sleep better then ever after she logged in to this death game. She slowly started to walk towards the town of beginning.

Jomei followed behind her in her steps. He took one last look at the scenic lake before placing his hands behind his head and walking forward. As the two walked, Jomei lowered his hands from his head. His gaze moved up towards the clouds as they walked. "Im sure Axios would be happy that we did this.. It was really kind of you to come up with the idea." He smiled. He clenched his fist a bit. "It really made me realize what it is we are fighting for here." He was going to try his hardest to keep any more of his friends from dying, even if it meant putting his own life on the line.

At the Zandra said bye and goodnight to Jomei while she headed to the Inn area. She didnt knew whoch one she was gonna choose. Hopefully she will find something that would fit her needs and still not be too expensive. She arrived at the big street with shops and Inn everywhere. She saw a sign with the picture of the head of a stag. 'The Grey Stag' wasits name. She went in and was met by a wouderful smell. The big room was brigth from the light of a dozen torches and the mood felt cheerful. Also the prize wasnt that high, atleast compared to what she got.

This is perfect, she rented a room and went to bed.
