Finished RP Sub-Forum

Recommended Posts

Instead of pm'ing GM's, why don't we just use either our Evaluations forum, or a new sub-forum to list completed RP's which the GM's can then manage similar to the Eval forum. You go in, post in your thread, and then a GM can approve it much the same way Evals are handled now.

I would love to have an idea like this, but like Calrex said, some GMs or PMs don't look for threads to lock up if they aren't on the first page, but we could make it so that instead of having it for both quests and normal rps, we can have sub-sections for a roleplays that require a gm to finish it off (like earning a living or just quests in general) and then another for just typical roleplays.

What would be nice is if the GM's had the power to put some type of emblem on the topic title once it has been reviewed. That way they could flip through the pages and know exactly which ones haven't been reviewed.  Would make it more likely for them to look at topics off the first page since then they wouldn't have to hunt through them.

The idea of putting threads into evaluations will not be implemented. It is essentially not easier for staff, and is sort of double handling things.

--

ANY completed threads needs to be PM'd to a GM or PST member to evaluate and approve.
Staff do not have time to comb through the threads seeing 'complete' in thread topics.

If you have a finished RP waiting evaluation please contact a staff member.

Regards,

Mari

It's not about you, it's easier for players. Staff don't need to comb through threads, all they have to do is look in the main page of the sub-forum and see that the last post in the thread is from a GM, not the player.
