History

Jayden was born in a small town in Japan, He was the first child of May and Hiro Akiyama.
The family had a decent income and their house was quite nice, both parents used to work fulltime but when Jayden was
born his mother stopped working to take care of him.
Just a few months after Jayden was born his mother was pregnant again,
causing his father to stop working fulltime and to stay home a bit more,
the family had a hard time buying everything that was needed but they still managed to give Jayden a normal start.

10 months later his sister, Eliza was born, she was really loud and energetic.
Jayden was the opposite, quiet and easily tired, but the two became really close in the following years.
When Jayden and Eliza got older they became really bored, they didn't have anything or anyone to play with.
The town they lived in didn't have a lot of children living there, the majority was older people.
They didn't have any friends on school either, it was a really small school where there weren't a lot of kids of the same age.

When Jayden was 10 his father started coming home later and later, his mother was always panicking
because she didn't know where he was and when he'd come home.
He usually came back around 11/12 pm, drunk. Jayden and Eliza were usually woken up by his father yelling
horrible things about his mother and things falling over. His mother told him and Eliza to stay in their rooms
if they heard something, since his father became really violent when he was drunk, he would beat up everyone
he got his hands on.
His mother was beaten up a lot, which angered Jayden causing him to absolutely hate his father.
Even though the situation was already bad, it became worse.
His father started drinking more and more and became really violent, instead of only hurting his mother he would
also release his anger onto Jayden and Eliza.
Jayden, Eliza and his mother were used as puppets by his father, everytime someone came to visit they had to
act like there was nothing wrong and that they were a happy family. If they didn't he would beat them up..
They weren't allowed to leave the house and had to do everything he said.

The family lived like this for 2 years, his father didn't really abuse Jayden a lot he always went for Eliza and his
Mother, which was heartbreaking for him. Whenever his father came close to Eliza he told her to go away or he
tried to annoy his father so she wouldn't get hurt. Everyone became really tired, they were barely given any food by
their father and were repeatedly insulted and hurt.

Then it became too much for their mother,
One night she sneaked out of the house and ran to their neighbour, they didn't open causing his mother to freak out.
She started screaming and ringing the bell desperately, but they still didn't open.
Their father soon noticed and became really pissed, he went outside and ran at her.
His mother tried to run but he grabbed her by her hair and pulled her back into the house.

his father grabbed a kitchen knife and stabbed her in the chest multiple times while Jayden and
Eliza were watching.. Out of anger Jayden grabbed his sister's glass with hot chocolate milk and threw it at his
father, grabbing his attention. His father immediatly turned around, pushed him over and stabbed him in the arm.
He got up and quickly ran out of the house, leaving Jayden and Eliza with their starving mother.
In the time that Jayden fought with his father Eliza called 119 for an ambulance and police.
When they arrived their mother was already dead and their father was nowhere to be found..

A few days later their father was found and sent to jail for 30 years, which was is far too short in Jayden's eyes.
Both he and his sister became depressed and traumatized.
After a few days of living in an orphanage their uncle and aunt came and adopted them.
Jayden was quite surprised, because he knew that his father had also been violent to him and his family.

Jayden and Eliza moved in with their uncle (Ryou Sonozaki), aunt (Misaki Sonozaki) ,and their daughter (Melody Sonozaki).
Jayden didn't really see his uncle and aunt a lot, Jayden and Eliza used to visit them with their mother.
The family didn't have a lot of contact with their mothers' side, simply because they lived far away and they didn't think
that marying hiro was a good choice.

The Sonozaki family was quite wealthy, they lived in a lovely village where they had a big house.
Jayden and Eliza went to the school in the town, where they made some nice friends.
Their uncle and aunt where incredibely nice to them and did everything for Jay,
Jayden felt happy, which wasn't an emotion that he had for a long time, he missed his mother a lot but
couldn't care less about his father. Eliza on the other hand was depressed for a long time, she cried a lot and
missed their parents more than Jayden. It was quite hard for Jayden to see her like this everyday.

It took half a year for her to get over it, after that she came with the idea to change her last name to
Sonozaki so that they would be able to forget about it. Both Jayden and Eliza changed their last name
to Sonozaki. Jayden wasn't really sure about it first but still did it for his sister.

Slowly their life became better and better, Jayden and Eliza were both really intrested in gaming but they never
really got the chance to try thing out. They where both given a pc by their uncle and aunt and started
playing MMORPG's together. Jayden would usually go with the close up damage role and Eliza with the
ranged roles. When Jayden heard about SAO he became completely obsessed with it and started begging
his uncle if they could somehow manage to buy it. When SAO got released they waited about a day in line.
They managed to get 2 copies for Eliza and Jayden.

Now Jayden and Eliza are stuck in their obsession, trying to survive untill they can finally go back
to their normal life..






» Virtues:

>Protective
He is really protective over the people that he loves. Even though he couldn't care less about people
that he doesn't know, he will never allow someone to put a hand on a person that he cares about.
His way of "protecting" tends to be quite aggresive, it usually includes some sort of violence..

>Realistic
Jayden will never try something that he knows he will fail at, he doesn't want to waste time.
He knows what he's capable off and won't participate in things that are stupid in his eyes.
People usually see him as a bit of a pessimist for not trying out a lot and saying that it's not possible, but he tends
to be right..

>"Never Judge a book by its cover"
Jayden was taught to not judge anyone for his type of clothing, actions, Last name etc.
He gives everyone a fair chance, except for murderers that killed someone for fun, money or because they hated
him/her. Jayden doesn't judge because his uncle didn't either when he and his sister were allowed to move in with him.
His father and uncle kind of hated each other, Jayden and Liz weren't allowed to talk to their uncle so they were quite
surprised when he adopted them.


» Flaws:

>Lack of trust
Jayden doesn't trust anyone. He has been traumatized by his father in the past, making it very hard for him to trust someone.
Due to this he sees everyone as a potential threat
and will keep an eye on him/her untill he gets to know that person a bit better.
It's usually clear to see if Jayden trusts you or not. If he doesn't trust someone he will avoid talking to that person, and if he's forced to talk he will have a really sarcastic tone in his voice.

"It's funny how the people that hurt you the most are the ones that swore they never would"

>Unforgiving
Jayden remembers every bad thing that happened in his life for a long time.
He will never forget or forgive someone for it ,even for really small things like breaking his pen, unless they have a good excuse.
The only people that he tends to forgive a bit faster are his uncle, aunt and sister.

>Sarcastic
He has no problem making fun of someone's idiotic actions. If someone does something stupid and he's around
he will make fun of it for the rest of the day. His sarcasm can be quite annoying since it can make you feel quite idiotic or dumb.

»Eliza Sonozaki.

Eliza Sonozaki is Jayden's younger sister.
Since the Day that their father started to drink and abuse him and her sister,
he has been protecting her.
Everytime her father would hurt her she wouldn't fight back because she was scared,
so Jayden felt like it was his duty to protect her.

Jayden and Eliza are really close and Jayden will help her no matter what.
