Growing up in Sacramento, Spencer had a relatively spoiled life. Him and his older brother were always given the latest console system. However, he wasn't never as good a player as his older. Despite this, he looked up to his brother and as they grew older, he relied on him for help when it came to games and school. 
 
Still, Spencer felt the need to branch out, and he found that opportunity in history and computers. He dove into strategy games, building up empires and waging war. He began playing other genres, and eventually came to dabble in MMOs. In other aspects of his life, he continued to follow his brother's steps, learning from both his mistakes and successes. Though he liked dabbling around in several fields of study, he entered college in the Biology program with the intention of going onwards to medical school like his older brother.
 
Always a sucker for the new technology, Spencer had to have the NerveGear and Sword Art Online. He had some extra money from scholarships, and was able to snag both.  Unfortunately for Spencer, he was about to enter a world where his brother could not serve as a guide.
 

Virtues:

Humor: Spencer has always liked laughing, and savors the various kinds of humor out there. He believes that the pun is one of the highest forms of humor, though not the only one. Even in the death game of SAO, Spencer can look out and laugh at absurdity of the situation. 

Prudent: Spencer has spent many years watching and learning from his brother and other in his life. As a result, he believes that smart people learn from their own mistakes, and that wise people learn from the mistakes of others. That, and saving up for cool tech toys requires a fair degree of shrewdness and prudence. 
 
Diligent: Spencer is the kind of guy who comes off as somewhat lazy. However, Behind this superficial appearance is someone who see and understands the kind of effort required to do a job right. To meet the level of skill require to do a task right. Whether that is building a machine or dressing oneself, diligence is something Spencer strives for.

 Flaws:

Aloof: Though Spencer is amicable and charming, much of this is superficial, even if it is genuine. Many of his thoughts are his own, as are his emotions. Much of this stems from his stern upbringing. Spencer yearns to be involved with other people, but find himself unwilling to risk opening up to others. 

Flighty: While Spencer can be a careful person in his own tasks and social routines, he has a tendency to become exasperated and stir-crazy when dealing with social structures and procedures he finds trivial. Meetings seem endless if he isn't involved or engaged or if he thinks the purpose is pompous or vainglorious. It gets to the point where he'll become bluntly interrupt the meeting, begin thinking out-loud, or get up and walk out.

Dubious: Without his older sibling, Spencer feels some degree of uncertainty. He no longer has any default path of success to follow or learn from. He has never had to find his own way, and is vary wary of the unknowns that lie ahead in Aincrad.

» Spencer put on the NerveGear and logged on. After becoming aware of his situation, Quisani became distraught and began searching for materials throughout the night. Eventually, he obtained a guidebook, and pursued the profession of Tailor. He is currently on the first floor.
