Lonely Anthem had just stepped out of the starting city. It was his first time playing a VRMMO, let alone SAO. He had his sword drawn as he took in the vast expanse of grasslands around the city.

He had no idea where to begin but he hoped it would become clear to him. For now, he would wander. He might hopefully find someone who could help him out a bit. He wanted to level up quickly. There had been talk of people known as PKers. Player killers. He needed to level up quickly if he wanted to help defend the peaceful players of aincrad.

As of right now, it was his mission to seek out new ways of leveling up. If he ran across some PKers along the way, hopefully he could defend himself.
